paying for something in 1 $ bills. Not jsut a soda, like a 100 $ dress.
I accidentally introduced myself as my stage name the other day.
It was at a wedding.
I was talking to the mother of the bride.
*sigh*
-lending a pair of shoes to another girl and not getting them back. learned a huge lesson there!
-being paid to sit and accept a dance from another stripper while he watched.
-1st time being rained on by an asian. not trying to be racist here, asian men just have a reputation for being cheapasses in my particular club.
-1st time earning more than everyone else on shift combined. i *heart* regulars!!
-1st time working open to close (1pm-4am). not likely to happen again.
-1st time losing my champagne room to a 4'nothing bitch with a screwed up face. at least her bottle was only $150. the guy wanted to buy me the $1200 perrier.
thats all i can think of at the moment. i've only been dancing 2 weeks, so i'm sure i'll hit more soon.
First time seeing someone from highschool in the club...ek
First all expense paid shopping spree :-) I<3 LV!!!
here's a few 'unusual' dancer milestones ...
- first time ducking under a table as a pissed off customer starts wielding a loaded pistol in the main club
- first time disarming a dancer in the dressing room who was intent on knifing another dancer
- first time of personally 'perp walking' a perv customer straight out of the VIP room through the main club and right out the front door ( with a 5" heel planted in his ass as a coup-de-grace)
- first time the 'crushing a can in your cleavage' stage trick goes wrong ... and the still partly full can slips out, goes airborne, and spews beer over the first two rows of stageside custys
Ouch! how do you do that?
Stripper milestones
*seeing a dancer shit on herself in her sleep while passed out in the dressing room, from being so f*ed up.
*seeing catfights over flip flops
*girls passing out with ciggarettes in their hands
*seeing a classy club go assy
*having to get examined by a manager at one club, to a club that hires girls that look like truck stop whores
well i've only been dancing for 3 months part time but
*walking home with over $500
*getting 10 LD in a row
*not making enough to pay house...on a Saturday night
*catching other dancers doing extras and not having management or bouncers do anything
*inverting on the pole along with a few other tricks
*making more in a week than my friends make in a month
*getting my first regular
just hit the "first time to earn negative money on a shift" milestone. I could've done without that one.
fuuuuuuuuuck.
Also now have conclusive proof that there's a ton of extras going on at my club.
Think I'll be auditioning somewhere else tomorrow.
Hmm... I can remember this like yesterday...::)

Last night was the first time a customer tried to "save" me from stripping.
He was a big Asian guy in his 40's who kept telling me I seemed like a smart girl and he "hopes I understand I need motivation for my future and people need to not feel regret about their choices and some people come from hard times but if you stay positive you can really accomplish more"
I was laughing so hard in his head because he bought me drinks and gave me quite a bit of $$....little does he know I have will have a masters degree in a year and come from a very fabulous, "normal" family, and am quite happy with my life and my goals!!
HA!! to him! he was the single guy giving life tips to a stripper by himself on a Saturday night!!
Ooh I remember these:
1st time wearing heels. The song was 'up in the club' and I couldn't dance for shit. I was so bad the girls were ROFL. Must have got $$$ onstage because the custies thought I was severely physically disabled and felt sorry for me.
1st time depositing earnings in $1 bills with the bank clerk looking at me like I must be a whore
1st time walking/talking and looking like a girl and being ok with it (thanks to stripping)
1st time seeing an extras girl come in the dressing room with cum on the side of her mouth
1st time dressed like a guy taking the subway home with $1000 stuffed down my bra - yeah I did it!
1st time coming face to face with the hottest custy ever and both of us not being able to think or breath properly. Damn - should have got that number
!st time hearing "Man you STINK" when I got home.
1st time seeing a Hasidic Jew (full outfit) in the club and bieng horrified by his audacity - sigh, so naive.
These are both good!
The name thing, it doesn't matter where you are, club or regular life, sometimes you just blank!
Milestones.. I remember so many! For me, all those "first" customers- First crazy weird customer who wants insane dominatrix or kinky shit... Stuff where you are like, WOW people are WEIRD! (One guy wanted me to stick my heel in his throat to choke him out.. I could not) First customer who wants to give me tons of money all night in the VIP just to TALK! Therapy style... First "regular"..
-First stage set, its been five years and I STILL remember it clearly.
-Being told almost daily I should leave my small town and go to the pink pony in atlanta- and then actually doing it. <~still here 4 years later.. Thanks people!
-hitting $1000+
-First time someone gave me $100 bill on stage. Just layed it down, I looked at him like Whaaaat?
-Before depositing into safety box, taking out all my savings and putting it into piles just to look at it, then playing with it. Yeah, I did it. :)
-First time I finally got my "groove" with dancing and LOVING IT!
-Falling on my head while performing a difficult pole trick with a big crowd watching... (why I don't do crazy tricks any longer..)
-Realizing what I could really do for my future with this business and being so happy I ended up here.
FUN THREAD! I relate to sooooo many of these responses! i love it. thanks!
-First regular
-First time to break $1000
-First time to have my purse and money stolen from a customer while giving a lap dance...now I keep it in my garder
-First time to step in baby oil and break my ankle when I slid off stage
-First time to step in a divet on the floor and break 2 toes in front of everyone on a Friday night
-First time to get so plastered that I was escorted to the bathroom by the housemom and tried to use the toilet like a urinal :O
-First time to do a club advertisment photoshoot
-First time to get a shower on stage
-First time to have every dancer tip me during one set on main stage
-First time to spend more than $150 on an outfit
-First time to wear something other than black (big deal for me)
-First time to run through a golf course naked (club's annual golf tournament and we all did it, hehe)
Realizing how dumb of me it was grinding HARD on a disgusting guy (partly because i was naive and partly because i thought thats what you do)
Realizing i can still make money even when i feel "gross" like when working on my period, being pissed off, wearing boy shorts while everyone else has is wearing a gstring, because i cant wear tampons, and finding out i can still make $$$ (guys liked the attitude i guess?)
Made close to a k!
Ending up with negative (the day i quit that club)
Dancing for a pro football player
Left a stack of business cards for the club on my dresser when my parents came to visit me....they were all personally signed by me...from that day on i knew theres a god out there who loves me very much because my parents didnt see it! :) :)
Seeing a girl walking up and down the dressing room naked...singing "i want to go home with a bitch tonight" haha she was pretty lovable but i dont think she left home with anyone.
Being asked to pretend i had a penis and jerk it off.....
Getting a call from a friend "where do you work again?" im like oh this restaurant. then him saying "oh do you know so-and-so, shes my best friend" i worked with that girl every day!!
Being groped by the bouncer... god my starting out, naive days were horrible
Being able to afford any clothes, makeup!
Being able to eat sushi everyday!
Hooking up with a dreadlocked dj then getting a ride home on his bike...while my boyfriend was sleeping in bed (i know but the thrill of it was soo worth it!! (plus we're not dating anymore))
Feel ya on this one. I started working at a place where maybe 7/10 dancers would grind. Since I didn't know any better, I thought it was part of the job, and that the girls who didn't do it were just so hot that they didn't have to. Now I make more per hour at a club that strictly enforces no grinding (we can't even sit in a lap) and wonder how I got to sleep at night.
I think a lot of times new girls are at a disadvantage because they lack the perspective of girls who have in the industry for a while. A lot of women who have been in the business for a while seem upset about the way things have changed, but it's likely that they're equipped to work around this to some extent. A newbie walking into a club just sees grinding everywhere and assumes that this is the way to make serious bank.
-first time making just enough to pay house and going home with nothing
-first time dancing for a deaf/mute man (helped that i took asl in highschool)
-first time busting my ass on stage
-first regular
-first time having drama with the girls in the club for no damn reason
-first pole trick
-first time wanting to spend money on club clothes and shoes more then regular now this happens all the time
-first time i had someone ask me how much i would charge him for a handjob (lol told him i dont do that he can go home and jack his own)
dont want to keep repeating all the same ones so ill stop there
ok new one as of last night...
first time a custie asked for a piece of gum and i mean the gum in my mouth when i finally said wtf n gave it to him actually chewed it...kinda funny kinda gross
I've only been dancing for 4 weeks...but this is what I got.
1) First time making $300+ in a shift
2) First time falling down the stairs in my heels and then falling again when I tried to get up. SO embarrassing, everyone assumed I'm drunk and I had to go to urgent care for my knee and ankle.
3)I don't really like my stage name so I have to constantly think hard when someone asks me for my name bc I would just slip out my real name on accident. I actually did once.
4) Dancing for a guy for an hour and half and him bouncing on me without paying. Lesson learned about stacking dances.
5) Have 2 guys, back to back, cum in their pants while giving them a LD. One was a really old guy and I thought it was repulsive but pretended to be happy for them.
6) First stage performance. I was scared Shitless and I danced to "If you seek Amy" by Britney Spears. Once I did it though I was way more confident and have no anxiety about stage acts now.
7)First time breaking a thong. Luckily I was in the bathroom. LOL
8)First time a pimp tried to "recruit" me.
9) First time missing my name called and not making stage. Uh oh. Leaving 5 minutes early and getting in trouble the next day.
