Some things to consider; are the clubs in your area busy already or are there empty seats on a regular basis. If the current clubs can't get customers, it is going to be hard to attract a more customers to the new club. Also, is the club offering something that the others are not, like a VIP area or alcohol service or full nude? If the new place has something the others in the are do not, then you have a good chance of making some good money in the first month or so, but the "newness" will wear off after a bit.
The best money I've made at new club openings is when a club comes to a medium sized city that had no clubs nearby before. Bend, Oregon, Bozeman, Montana, Waterton, South Dakota all were very, very good to me. Openings in Portland, Oregon and Spokane, Washington were lame. Teeny-tiny towns that open clubs are also lame (unless there is a travel center or something nearby). The locals won't visit because everyone knows everyone else, and the ones who do visit are gennerally accepted as assholes by everyone ;).
