OMG OMG Bragging/pointless post
I hadn't really danced "sexily" since I was pregnant. (A little over a year ago) So, I just started trying to pick it up again Monday. I already see a huge improvement in the toning in my thighs. I've actually been able to maintain my weight all week, while eating, and having some bits of junk food here and there. (Which is a HUUUUUUGE deal and amazing accomplishment for me, since I had a severe eating disorder for four years, which has my metabolism all whacked up even though I've been recovered since I found out I was pregnant) Last part, I started trying handstands last night. I was trying to take it easy, so I was doing it resting on my forearms instead of hands. I got up, nowhere near straight, but held it up for 3 seconds) I tried two more times, and same thing. Tonight I went to try again, same way, and I got COMPLETELY up on the first try, it took me so off gaurd, that I toppled over because I wasn't expecting to get up haha. I did it again, and up for like 8 seconds, almost flipped over, caught left leg on my bed for balance, and tried to do some pretty stuff with the other leg while like that. Here's a question though. Did you find that when you actually started using your hands, that it was easier to hold your body steady? I'm kind of assuming I can't catch my body from leaning forward because i'm resting on my forearms. I know I have the strength for it though, so that's not the problem. And Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay Tomorrow after I find out how tall the ceiling is, I will be ordering my lil mynx pole!!!!!!!!!!!!!;D;D;D;D
