Host overcharging customers
I know it shouldn't be an issue but we have a new VIP host who doesn't remind the customer about the time limit every hour and then adds an excessive tip on the credit card without asking the customer first.
:-\ Firstly, it would have been an easy sell to extend the VIP since there aren't many girls who speak his language. Secondly, I would have asked for the tip myself. Now he'll probably won't come to the club again (I could have been his VIP girl for the next couple of days) and will badmouth the club to his friends.
I still want to maintain good relations with the host and I am a generous tipper. I'm going to speak to him privately on this matter. What is a good way to tell him tactfully to be more professional?
