Do a search on poles. There's X-Pole, Platinum Stages & Lil Mynx... which all have great poles. Stay away from the brands sold at places like Spencers, they are not professional quality and meant as a prop not for things like inverts.

Prices for poles will vary depending on material (steel or plastic), height (adjustable, extenstions), movement (spinning or fixed), functionality (only hard floor, carpet, slope ceiling), fixed/removable, diameter, weight, case or no case, etc.
No, the good quality poles should not damage your ceiling (some of the older versions used to require you to screw in a small eye bolt, but most removable poles no longer even need that). In general the larger the slip pads, the more sturdy and less potential for damage (more area to spread the load over).
