Omg that's hilarious!!!
I wish I could throw dudes out not drinking fast enough especially the ones who say yeah I'll buy some dances - after I finish my drink - then proceed to sip slow as molasses. Like really dude?!? hurry up and buy motherf*cker!
Charging housemoms fee and no housemom - classic. Thankfully managers here aren't dumb and greedy enough to do that.

A dancer here was like - yeah I gotta wear this long sleeve fishnet top cause my cat scratched me up. I'm like riiiiiiight! Your cat must be a heroin filled needle. But I didn't say anything because she's one of the few dancers I actually liked.

One club I tried out I think would be considered a dive
1, when I first asked the bartender who I talk to about an audition the first thing she asked me is if I was a drug addict
2, she then told me not to bring anything of value inside the club
3, there were signs all over the place saying you had to pay your house fees at the beginning of the shift
4, the pole spun when it shouldn't have
5, it took me a few minutes to even see where the stage was
6, there were two lap dances areas. One that was just a bunch of dining chairs on a platform and one that was booths with disgusting chairs that you could see white stains on even in dim lighting.
7, all the girls were on their phone at the bar and two of them were nodding out at the bar.
8, most of the customers were girls that used to work there and now just hung out there
9, a customer jumped on the stage and no one cared
10, customers had to be patted down while surrounded by 4 other armed security guards
11, even with all of these security guards no one walks the girls out of the club
12, all the businesses in the area hire armed security at night because of this club

I actually have a lot of sympathy for addicts since my brother has had serious problems with it for years now and I know it's a complicated issue. Im very friendly with a lot of dancer addicts but they are all the ones who own their problems. The ones who lie and steal and would basically still be assholes off drugs... Not so much.

When it's raining and they have to put buckets EVERYWHERE because the ceiling is leaking...
Re: You know your working in a dive if.......
When a drunk and angry customer who got kicked out of the club drives his truck into the club injuring two dancers- and the club is opened the very next day with a black tarp taped across the massive whole the truck left and construction workers are removing the debree. Customers and dancers still showing up as if nothing happened last night lol.

I'm not sure because I've never gone in those rooms. And the ladies charge whatever they want for anything. It's like the Bermuda Triangle or something. I plan on finishing the week. Getting my paycheck on Friday and not returning ever again.
where is this place?
