Can you consider dancing and camming one business??
I've never paid taxes so i'm trying to figure this stuff out...
If you dance in a club and you do cam work or PSO work (like niteflirt), when you do your taxes, can you consider it all one business (Like I'm an Erotic independent contractor...or something)? Or are they separate businesses that needed to be filed separately?
sorry if this is a dumb question, i'm financially retarded...

as long as none of these business pursuits treat you as a 'statutory employee' i.e. as long as you don't receive any periodic paychecks with taxes already withheld, then you can lump them all together and report the combined earnings on one Schedule C. I used to lump together my club earnings, feature earnings, magazine earnings, video earnings, webcam earnings, pay website earnings, etc. under a single Schedule C business income report.
Also please don't think of yourself as financially 'retarded'. It just seems that between the US school system, and various cash business aspects of the exotic / adult industry, pertinent financial and tax information is extremely 'well hidden'.

hmm. well i was specifically considering doing niteflirt. They take 30 percent, but is that just a fee or is it also for taxes?
