Hi, been shy on the boards
I just want to say that I've been reading these forum boards for the better half of the three years that I've been dancing, and this community has had the most positive and profound impact on my career. Seriously, there have been many occasions where the pressures of the industry nearly broke my boundaries but that never happened because of the women here. A lot of times I feel like I don't identify with anyone I work with (and I've been in the same small club all three yrs and have good non-drama relations with co-workers OTC) and that bleeds out into a sense of displacement throughout the rest of civilian life... it can make you lose sight of your goals.
My goals are to graduate college, to get my pilots license, to live debt free, to own a home and a business and finally, to stay financially and mentally prepared to take on new opportunities. Thanks to untold numbers of horny masses and your guidance, I'm almost done with a degree in chemical engineering. I own my own place in a great area of town. Apart from my mortgage I have ZERO debt.

Your goals sound very similar to mine but you sound a little bit ahead of me, so I guess I need to get back out there! Welcome though.
