Banker by day, Dancer by night...
I work at a bank as an assistant branch manager. I've danced about a handful of times about 5 years ago and being a banker is soooo far from my personality. In my past I was always in sales and also worked as a makeup artist for local films, commercials, etc. I'm 33 so this is an odd time in my life to think of making such a leap I suppose...:O
Anyhow, I am considering quitting my job and dancing part time and bartending the other part. Working at a bank (which I've done for 2 years) is nothing but stress (especially these days) and I am considering going for my masters in communications so I would need the flexibility anyways.
I guess I am just looking for some reassurance/support or thoughts. Has anyone else made a similar decision (moving from the corporate world to the club), or thinking of doing so? Especially in their 30's?? :-\

wtf are you supposed to do with a masters in communications? i hope you aren't fool enough to go into debt for it, it is a junk degree at the advanced level, though it has some usefulness as a BA.
Re: Banker by day, Dancer by night...
I wouldn't stay @ a day job that was extremely stressful and I HATED unless I HAD to, esp if I were dancing. Ive danced on and off since I was 18, and its EXTREMELY hard to quit, bc you have the freedom to work when you want, take a vacation when you want, can travel and work, move anywheres and find a job and make $$$.. if a hurricane comes you MAKE money, and if you treat it like a REAL job, you can make tons of money, invest it, and have a great life... Stripping has allowed me to go to school and be mostly stressfree doing so..
I say go for it!!!
