cholesterol is completely healthy to consume, since it makes up our, y'know, brains. we need it. there has never been any actual link found between heart disease and cholesterol consumption.
the risk with cholesterol is type of LDL particle, not how high the count is. you can have normal counts and lots of dangerous tiny particles, vs. a high count and lots of healthy fluffy particles.
