Acts of agression..
Either in or outside the club, & how do y'all deal w/it?
What I mean: someone you cross paths with, & they go out of their way to make you go out of yours. Further: you're walking the other person is coming toward you, there's more than plenty of room for them to pass, they zig zag almost in your face, so you have to take a wide path around them. I'm referring to the building & common areas where I live.
I don't really care to have to get out of their way, although I will, the thing is, I've had past experience where it turned in to a phyisical confrontation (initiated by the other person). This actually happened to me on a 'regular' office job. She kept making me walk around her, I did just to avoid, & after several times of this happening, she physically struck me.
Keep in mind, I do go out of my way to avoid all contact, including eye contact, keep to myself, don't speak to anyone, basically ignore everyone. But, I don't want to have a repeat of the above former work situation. It's coming up on the nice weather & ppl will be out. I keep a cell phone w/me, & am getting pepper spray. I'm thinking of getting a handheld alarm, (making a loud noise) There's no way the mgt. would even listen to me, I'm def. going to move (when I can) so, if it comes up (& it most likely will) should I just keep getting out of their way, or stop or what? K, thanks.
PS: I put this in this section for a reason, I find the BEST advice in how to deal w/ppl. here.

Re: Acts of agression..
I call them out on it. I ask why they think it's okay to be a cunt for no reason.

Re: Acts of agression..
I have never had this happen to me, or have never noticed it if it did. But, I would turn around, and say something like, "Excuse me, is there something you'd like to say to me? Is there a reason you just walked like that by me?"
I'm not a confrontational person, I am usually oblivious to subtle mind fuck games like this, but it seems to me that if somebody is going to go out of their way to walk in your path, they have a problem with you but are too scared to say anything about it. So, they will probably back down to you if you confront them. 99.9% of the time people back down to me if I confront them and stand up for myself.

Re: Acts of agression..
sometimes the person might do it to open a line of communication. sad to say it but some people don't have any people skills>They might find you interesting ,they might have a crush on you! This has also happened to myself and I actually don't know what to do

Re: Acts of agression..
Thanks, I can see that could be in some cases, but for sure not here.
The one lady, she got pissed after I told her off, when she tried to interrupt a phone convo, (an emergency) to get me to SIGN a BIRTHDAY CARD.
