I've decided that I'm going to try this raw diet thing. I'm lacto-ovo vegetarian and typically do a low carb & low fat diet to lose weight. When I'm home and around friends/family who are mostly meat/potatoes type of people I give in and put on the pounds. I've gotten lazy about cooking since giving up most pasta at home.
I've decided that I'm going to try doing the vegan raw diet 2-3x per week, and the low carb & low fat diet as a lacto-ovo vegetarian the rest of the week. Maybe making meals raw will motivate me to actually make meals at home rather than just snack on celery/cucumbers/nuts/seeds so much.
Having others doing this could be motivating. We can post what we ate for the day. I'd like to do this all the way through August... if I can hang with it that long.

Anyone else want to try this? You'll only need to do it 2-3x per week!
