10 best small cities to live according to CNN money
Well i thought some might find this interesting. The 10 best small cities to live as decided by CNN money. Top of the list is Eden Prairie MN. I think it would be too cold for me personally, but the unemployment rate there is 5.1%.
Some of this may have relevance to dancers who want to try a small city but cant think of where to start. Although of course the quality of clubs in these cities as well as the contact levels, dance prices, local laws, and whether SCs even exist in these cities is more important. i havent personally researched any, but it could be smart to research some clubs in areas where the unemployment rate is extremely low compared to the rest of the country.

Re: 10 best small cities to live according to CNN money
^^^ I'll limit my comments to this. The criteria used in determining the 'best small cities to live in' have very little in common with the criteria necessary for determining lucrative financial opportunities for exotic dancers. And in some circumstances, the two are mutually exclusive.
Re: 10 best small cities to live according to CNN money
as i said, there are many factors more important than this and finances arent the only thing being accounted for in this list. and for all i know there might not even be any clubs in these cities. or they might have ridiculous laws that make it almost impossible to make money.
that being said though, i think there needs to be more posts on small cities on here. also, another good thing about small places that are more upper middle class is a lot of girls who are in those cities will be less likely to dance, partly because they dont want to be known as the town stripper, and also probably because they come from a more upper class background (not that there are not strippers from the upper middle class, but id say that most strippers are not. although im sure i will get some heat for this comment). so it seems possible that there would be much less competition. So many of the big cities are just so overcrowded these days. Places like austin that are touted as 'recession proof' are overstaffed, places like dallas that are touted as being strip club cities with tons of business guys are cutthroat as hell and dirty, then places like vegas that used to be gold mines... well that topic has already been beaten to death on these boards.
