DONT LAUGH....but go to youtube and look up 8 min buns w/ a guy in blue spandex pants...its like an 80's vid but when i workout i use this vid religiously!! i love love love it!! honestly its the ONLY thing ive seen work on my ass..and when i can do it one time all the way thru i build myself up so i can do it twice in one workout (at the beginning and at the end of my workout) and sometimes u can add weight to ur ankles that works great too!!
