Newbie considering..long...would love advice!
Hello! A little backstory: I've always been pretty open sexually and loved SC's. I love getting lap dances especially if I were with my man. I love male attention and feeling all eyes on me. I'm 25 but look 18, I'm a single mother to a 3 yr old girl, and I'm a nursing student. I currently work full time as a nursing assistant making $10 an hr. This totally does not cut it! I have 2 more yrs of school left. I really need to make more $! I would like to cut down to way part time for my day job and strip 2 or 3 nights a week while I'm finishing school. The schedule wouldn't be an issue. What might be an issue? Uhh I'm nervous first of all! I can barely give my boyfriend a lap dance in private! Maybe because I don't have any skills yet. I'm 5'5", 130 lbs. 3 months ago I got silicone implants and they're beautiful and natural looking. I have always been told that I'm beautiful and I know I am. At least in clothes! I have A LOT of stretchmarks below my belly button. My stomach is pretty flat just all stretchmarkey and loose if I'm on all 4's. I have a big butt..big and round but it's not firm. At all. I have cellulite on my ass and back thighs. I think I look great in clothes. I'm a size 4/6 and now I have great big C cups on top.
I guess I'm just really worried i'll audition and they'll see me walk and my ass will jiggle like nuts or my belly will be too yuck. I'm a confident girl really. I know I'm very attractive but maybe not nude! What do you guys think?
Does having stretch marks and not being toned mean I won't make it? I'd like to start stripping then I know I'll get toned and lose some weight in the process. I wonder if having great tits and a beautiful face is enough? I'm white and have long brown hair. I love people and I can talk to anyone! i
Another option I'm considering is working at a SC as a waitress and then strip when I'm more comfortable.
thank you so so much for reading!
Re: Newbie considering..long...would love advice!
What I would like to tell you: Hell yeah girl! Work what you have!
The reality of the business: This industry is centered around appearance (personality is important too, of course, but it can only get you so far). If you really think you don't look good naked, this might not be the job for you.
Could you work out and try to get your body dance-ready? Are there any dives in town that hire women with less perfect bodies? I'm not trying to be an asshole, but without pictures, I don't want to fill your head with daisies and rainbows. Do you think you could make more money with your body/personality than you could working a night shift at any other job?
About the nervousness: Honestly, it's much harder for me to dance when I'm around people I know. When I walk into the club, no one knows me, so I can become someone who doesn't get nervous dancing around naked. You might be the same way! Either way, you'll get used to it after a couple of weeks. It's just a job. :)

Yep ! I couldn't even dance seductively for people who know me with my clothes ON. I'd be terrified. :-*
You might want to post your area ( for example, more rural areas accept more natural looking bodies ... at 5'8' 145 I'm actually "little" at one of my clubs I work when I'm a "big" dancer when I work a nice city club) .
Re: Newbie considering..long...would love advice!
Thank you guys for replying! Yes I can work out but I know it will take months for me to get my body where I think it should be. I've started dieting and have lost a few lbs already. I'd like to start sooner rather than later. Yes I really do think I could make more $ with dancing than any other night time job available to me. I make about $90 in 8 hrs right now at my job factoring in benefits/taxes. I'm pretty confident that I can make more than that a night dancing!
I'm so relieved to hear that you guys would have trouble dancing for people you know but not strangers! That makes me feel a ton better! I have a feeling it will be the same for me.
Re: Newbie considering..long...would love advice!
Also, I have taken some photos that show my problem areas. Would it help if I posted them? I don't want to show my face for privacy reasons. I'm actually planning on keeping a sort of "double life". The only person that will know will be my mom since she's my babysitter & she'll accept my choice. A girls gotta do what a girls gotta do!
It's like I can only depend on myself for financial independence. I'm young now and there is opportunity for me to make good money so why not? I honestly think I might regret it down the road if I don't strip. I might feel like I lost out on an opportunity and an experience that I'd always wanted to have.

You can do some very simple toning exercises to tone the sides and back of your legs.
Leg lifts, will tone the sides of your legs and some back lifts and squats can tone the back of your legs. Dancing is quite a workout and in only a few weeks time you will start to get in shape and get some definition.
If you are worried about how your legs look, remember that wearing dancer shoes (especially stilettos) will add length and definition to your legs.
Also, there are styles of clothing that could hide what little imperfections that you have now. You can wear clothing that disguises or highlights anything that you want. For instance, a shelf-bra or corset style might help in giving you some definition. Chaps would allow you to wear a g-string and it would hide the back of your legs.
You can practice dancing in front of the mirror, too. That will allow you to dance in a comfortable situation so that you can practice some moves before you dance on the stage.
Go for that interview, too. Clubs hire all kinds of women, and as long as you are willing to work, and you have a desire to dance, then you'll have what it takes to get into dancing.

One thing to keep in mind is clubs are lit in a way that hides ALOT. i have a few stretchmarks and some cellulite. you cant see them when im on the floor. By all means continue to work on your body but some stretchmarks and a few flaws are no reason not to go for it. Looks play into it but personality is what makes bank in this business. go for it! and good luck :)

This is definitely true. However, without pics, we can't be sure that this is true. I'd hate to get her all excited on this site, and then have her be rejected heartlessly out in 'the real world'.

Removed pics for privacy! Thanks
Re: Newbie considering..long...would love advice!
You actually look surprisingly toned and whatnot. Can't tell about your butt since you have underwear on, but your midsection looks good. Club lighting will definitely cover up the stretch marks...
Re: Newbie considering..long...would love advice!
Maybe I'm missing something here but I don't see anything wrong with your bod.
Re: Newbie considering..long...would love advice!
Wow that's good to hear. Thank you guys. The 2nd pic of my belly you can see a lot of the stretchmarks and I guess that's what really bothers me. I can always eventually tone a jiggly butt. I'm so glad they'll be hidden mostly though. Maybe some makeup too will help? I feel like my belly looks like freddy krueger! Ha!
In your experience, have you seen girls with a ton of stretchmarks on her belly do well? I know I don't have a horrible body, there are just a couple issues I was worried about. In the 2nd pic my stretchmarks are very visible.
My arms, shoulders, and calves are pretty toned it's just my thights and butt. I'm pretty sure I can live with that at least to start with.
I really appreciate the feedback! A lot. I kind of was on pins and needles waiting for a reply!!!
Re: Newbie considering..long...would love advice!
I think you have a great body and I'm pale as hell. I dont even bother with the spray tan anymore lol.
Re: Newbie considering..long...would love advice!
I'm a super new dancer, and I live in a rural area...BUT, the club I work at has girls of every size/shape/color/age. All men like different qualities/traits in a woman. If you really want to dance it can't hurt to audition at least. We are our own worst critics, and as mentioned before, the clubs have a way of lighting so lots of flaws are hidden if not completely unnoticeable. I'm learning confidence is THE single most important quality to have. So, look in the mirror, tell yourself you're a sexy, desirable woman, and go audition!
Best of luck to you!

Re: Newbie considering..long...would love advice!
There are a few girls at my club with a tummy like yours. 2 that I can think of off the top of my head. And they both do really well because they have good hustle/personality. Yes, in the dressing room, you can see the extra skin or stretchmarks, but in club lighting, no one notices. You look good. And you have a nice butt, don't worry about that area!
Re: Newbie considering..long...would love advice!
Thank you guys so much! I feel better now. I'm going to do it! Next step is finding some stuff to wear and deciding where to audition.
thank you!!!

Re: Newbie considering..long...would love advice!
In all honesty you should be worried more about your head than your body -
Make sure that you are emotionally ready to dance. Dance because you love to
not because you have to. Read the hell out of the forums so you are mentally
prepared to work the club. Despite what you may believe for now, how a dancer
looks only account for a small percentage of the overall experience of dancing.
An Exotic Dance club is not the same as a disco club, because exotic dancing
is a career and (hopefully) you are at the club to make money.
Dancing is 10% image, 90% hustle and making sales.
