Philly clubs- Delilah's and Risque?
Okay guys I have a few questions! Any help is very much appreciated! I went to Delilah's today and they gave me a shift Sunday 4-12 and said we'd go from there. How does stage tipping work there, and how much do they take out of champagne rooms? I'm a talker and not a great hustler, so I'm not sure if this club is a good fit for me. I'm also all legs, small everything but toned. No tattoos. Is the pole static or spinning? What's contact level like?
I have pretty much the same questions for Risque- they pretty much said they'd take me as long as I auditioned. They seemed more laid back, but I'm not sure. I was watching stage and most girls didn't seem to do a lot of pole work, but I also didn't see anyone tipping stage. How does it work there?
Thanks in advance guys! <3

Come on guys....
...bump!
Re: Philly clubs- Delilah's and Risque?
I worked only a week at Delilahs back in Oct. It was nice. The pole was stationary. I don't remember room pay outs but know they were far less than what I'm used to. Stick with table dances. Dont expect too much on your first shift on a sunday night. Its slow everywhere on sundays. I may try here again soon. Good luck!
Re: Philly clubs- Delilah's and Risque?
Thanks a bunch for the reply. I'm not much of a hustler, so I was considering waitressing as well. Dunno which would be better for me.

I work at Delilahs when I'm in Philly, Kiki and I were there for the World Series last year.
Everything you are asking is covered in the orientation video they will have you watch when you arrive.
The payouts are $15 mandatory minimum to the housemom, and $10 minimum to the DJ. Other than that, you aren't required to tip anyone else (of course if you want to build social capital you SHOULD be tipping the security staff)
Don't expect too much from the stage tipping, you have to dance 3-4 songs and can only accept tips on the first one (if the vip stage is open) and the last one. When it is busy you will share the stage with another girl, so it's not really about you dancing onstage, it's about selling dances and rooms.
VIP is $300/hour. If he pays cash you keep all. if he pays in funny money I believe they take 15-20%
More importantly, this issue needs to be addressed: you say that you are not much of a "hustler"...then why are you considering dancing? This business has ABSOLUTELY nothing to do with how good of a dancer you are. Rather, it has everything to do with how well you can gain rapport with a customer and close a sale. If this is something that you'd like to learn, my program can teach you step by step...but you have to really WANT to do this job to be successful. You can't just show up and look good and expect the money to fall into your gstring...even at a top notch club like Delilahs.
Re: Philly clubs- Delilah's and Risque?
^ I've been dancing for almost a year now at an upscale gown club. Everything involving dancing was completely new to me - even down to wearing heels and applying makeup. It took me awhile to get adjusted, and I'm still learning what works and what doesn't for me. I really feel uncomfortable hardcore hustling people- I don't know how to get over that.
Re: Philly clubs- Delilah's and Risque?
there's a big difference between a hard hustle and a soft, chat hustle. there's a difference between talking to a guy for a couple minutes, telling a few jokes, building rapport and pressing your body against his and whispering something in his ear, then insulting his manhood if he says no. in some clubs, the first hustle works great. in other clubs, you either hustle hard or just give up. i think usually when a girl says she isn't a hustler, she means the hard hustle. i'm a great hustler if we're talking rapport. i'm a shitty hustler if i've got to tell a guy i'll fuck him in the champagne room.
also, how is this area/the clubs in late fall and early winter? what sort of look works best- outfits, hair, makeup, build, etc? i'm a little thicker, and i've always seemed to do well with guys visiting from that area.
