Eros.com... advertising in BDSM/fetish
So, I am almost ready to plunge into the world of professional Domination via doing realtime sessions preferably several times a week. I've looked at the sites of several local ladies to see what my ahem* competition is... and I've noticed a lot of the legit Dommes advertise on Eros.com under the fetish/BDSM sections... So, should I give it a spin?
I'm worried about LE cruising the site and getting the wrong impression. I'm still a little nervous about pro Domming in real life... a lot of it can be misconstrued, even though no actual sex is happening. (some states think it's 'abuse', others 'prostitution'...) Also, for now I'll be doing outcalls... since a dungeon is WAAAY in the future. I may contact a Raleigh Domme about usage of her dungeon while I'm traveling, and just for networking in general.
Also... I've noticed going rate here seems to be about 150-200 an hour. My basic minimum is 200, since I'm starting out and still need to learn, grow, and build my kit. Should I stick to going rate or up it to 250-300 an hour once I become more experienced? This is what I really want to charge... and what I think I'm worth. :D
Also, I've been told I *need* to offer strap on play. I don't want to. Period. Think it will hurt business? I have not, so far, had ANY requests for this type of play. But I've only had a few takers. Maybe I can find other creative ways to humiliate without going that far! I have stretched my limits on a couple of things... but that, no. (I'm a no anal person! Not even for myself! Plus, I think it changes the nature of the experience.)
Oh and um... if this makes no sense or is grammatically incorrect, I've been in the wine again. :slaps hand:: Bad me! lol!
Re: Eros.com... advertising in BDSM/fetish
No no no! God damn what brain dead moron told you that you NEED to offer starp-on play??? In the States in quite a few states that is actually the only down right illegal part of being a Pro-Domme! You NEVER advertise this, you don't even have to offer it for christsake. And if you DO do it you ONLY ever offer it if a trusted regular asks for it. Good lord woman. Also hello you're a Domme, you don't HAVE to offer anything you don't want to, duh.
Also like with anything else in life, charge whatevr you think you're worth.
Re: Eros.com... advertising in BDSM/fetish
^Yeah I said I don't want to offer it, and I definitely wouldn't advertise it!! It's just people keep insisting that I should offer it on the DL... which I don't even want to do. I mean, I don't even wanna touch the male body like that. Ew. I've known it's illegal and that's why I refuse to offer it.
Errrr yeah sorry I was drinking last night when I posted this. So maybe it was written kinda confusing.
But back to the main topic... Eros for advertising in their BDSM section, yay or nay?

I think she actually looks pretty sweet LOL she definitely give off the Domme vibe but looks like she could be a total sweetheart, if she wants too. As far as Ive been able to tell, when it comes to Raleigh, SHE is IT
Re: Eros.com... advertising in BDSM/fetish
Yup. She's on Eros so that's why I was thinking of advertising there. Mistress Lunasea is the big one in Charlotte.
Does Eros cost anything? I didn't see anything about price of ads on the site but then again I *was* slightly inebriated at the time.
Re: Eros.com... advertising in BDSM/fetish
Hmmm I'm trying to see what Eros has for Canada, you have inspired me...
Why is all I can find escorts and webcam. Where is the BDSM section???
Re: Eros.com... advertising in BDSM/fetish
Ok i found it, now is it just me or are the Eros Dommes kind of....just looking like hookers in leather? I'm sorry I'm sorry but seriously ladies. But really why is a man going to want to worship you when you're legs spread bent over and shoving your girl bits up in the camera's face....
Re: Eros.com... advertising in BDSM/fetish
Maybe it's just my area, but actual Dommes adverise on there. Lady Eva Lordes, Alice Skary, And Mistress Lunasea are all on there.
Now backpage is a different story! They all look like hookers in leather on there, and even say that they also escort. They also graphically say what they will do in a session, including things I definitely won't do and wouldn't advertise if I did! LOL
(I wasn't aware that scat play was as cheap as 50 bucks! YUCK!!!!)
Re: Eros.com... advertising in BDSM/fetish
Oh yeah these girls straight up advertise cock and ball torture and didldo training!!!!!!!
P fucking S! So I just put two subs under consideration. One sent me an amazon gc thank you tribute and the other just offered to create my own website for me!
Re: Eros.com... advertising in BDSM/fetish
Sweet! I've got a couple of locals and a few on FDS that are in University right now. I'm waiting on a package of goodies from Stockroom. The ones that are closer... eh, they can gift me in person. I may do an in person interview before I actually session them, so they can give me tribute and perhaps a deposit on the session beforehand. Hmmm, thoughts?
