wow ! did you see the delete my pic option? scroll down to the bottom. id do it immediately.
yup i did =(
Wait soooo someone jacked your pic?
OMFG I thought these sites always bought their content from a place :O
That's creepy! And they CHARGE memberships to random guys on top of NOT PAYING the girls they are displaying ? What the heck, what about your image copyright ?
That's kind of thing that would allow you to sue them, hopefully they fix it quickly!
Can't believe the nerves of some adult webmasters, when you know that they are potentially making loads of money with those "real photos hacked from real amateurs" kind of websites.
These sites are the lowest of the low. stop Stealing pics!
:rotfl: @ the delete my pic option! I'm just dying here laughing .. these people are nuts!
its simple contact their hosting company or their whois register and email them that they are using illegal content.
and you can usually find online a Cease and Desist letter and let them know you will take legal action.
Plus you can also contact 2257 law cause they need to prove everyone on there is over 18 at the time photos where taking , and who they are.
or contact pornlaw
I don't understand how these sites stay open. I've recognized underage myspace "celebs" (one was only 12 or 13 years old in the pic!), and boys who look like girls (Israel Hilton for one) on the sites' main pages. Granted they weren't naked in the photos, but it's still shady business practice! Not to mention that the people (it can be a dude as long as you say your "girlfriend" is ok with you sending in pics) who submit the photos can "win" ca$h as far as I know...
ok, cleaning my inbox lol, end threadjack.
anyoone read avery's post on these sites? disturbing!!
Wow, that's useful info! Thanks for sharing, Minnie, I didn't know any of these legal tips until now.
This kind of cheap behavior is definitely worth a mention to their hosting service and a legal action threat!
Hopefully this works out and won't go further.
ROFLMAO, I know right! and like next to it "submit your picture"... I thought it was (fake) HACKED stuff ? Only phonys would submit something on a site that pretends to be full of hacking treasures. Talk about webmaster skills. *FAIL*
Crossing fingers for you PPG! Keep us posted.
