ImLive Has Direct Deposit!
I didn't know this and thought I would share. It is through Payoneer. At the bottom of the Payoneer sign-up through ImLive there is an option that says 'direct deposit'. I don't know how much it is, but it must be at or about the same as an overnight Fedex check ($50). I am thrilled to find this because I hate dicking around with checks.
Hope this helps someone!
Re: ImLive Has Direct Deposit!
btw, i've just signed up with payoneer since epassporte died and everything has been going good. I noticed though on the statement online that my atm withdrawal fees were looking kind of off. i know they charge 3.15 per transaction (ridiculous) as well as whatever fee the atm charges but on some of my transactions the fee exceeded whatever fee was supposed to be charged. Like i had a 100 dollar withdrawal (the atm's surcharge was 2.00, which is also noted on the statement) and the total amount shown was 107.24. Shouldn't it just have been 105.15? Then there's another 100 withdrawal and the atm fee was 2.50, but i was charged 106.99? Like wtf? lol i don't get it, are there extra hidden fees i bypassed? This happened for about 5-6/10 transactions of various amounts. I just emailed support so we'll see.
Re: ImLive Has Direct Deposit!
Yes there seems to be hidden fees. Every little transaction I make there is some fee added that is NOT listed on the fees page. Each time I used it, which was not often, there would be a different fee. The fees never semed to be exactly the same either. A lot of people are reporting the same problem!

It would depend if they are offering it north american or overseas.
like cams.com will send a wire transfer/direct deposit to your personal bank account for $20.00 if your have made over $120 in the pay period.
Re: ImLive Has Direct Deposit!
So, let me get this straight. When you cam, much/most of the money per minute is paid to the company. Then, when it is time to get your percentage, you have to pay to get paid????? That just seems illegal! Is there any way to get paid without having to pay?

Snail mail checks are free. I don't want to wait a week to get a check and another week to mail-in my deposits. But, yeah, it is robbery. We do it anyway.
Re: ImLive Has Direct Deposit!
The direct depost fee for payoneer is $3 and takes up to 5 business days to be in your bank account.
In regard to the atm fee with payoneer, they charge $3.15, plus the atms fee, plus up to 3% of the withdrawal amount. So thats why its higher than what you think it should be.
The up to 3% of the amount youre using is for all transactions, wether you use your card as a debit card or withdraw from the atm.

* For purchase transactions and cash withdrawals, up to 3% above market rate will be assessed based on current foreign exchange and cross border rates.
Foreign exchange and cross border rates is the part that I don't get if the transaction was domestic to the US.
Re: ImLive Has Direct Deposit!
i was confused on that also, bc i swear there a us company. but thats the only thing that makes sense for the extra charges. when i took out money at the atm, even when i paid my pizza hut bill with the card tonight there was an extra fee than the total.
so thats the only thing that makes sense, that were charged the 3%
Re: ImLive Has Direct Deposit!
Paper checks are free most places.
I am willing to pay a fee for electronic payments rather than paper checks though, for the convenience. If you are careful it's only a few dollars a month.
I have the ImLive direct deposit but I also opted for the Payoneer card for the places that offer it and don't have the Payoneer direct deposit.
I only plan to use my Payoneer account as a place to keep my money till I withdraw it from the ATM. To me the best way to use it is to take out all your $ when ready to deposit to your bank rather than use it as a debit card and pay that extra 3%.
In wintertime I like to hibernate a bit when it's snowing hard and it's well worth the cost to me to have the luxury of doing everything electronically.
