Selling expensive no contact Champagne Rooms
For most of my dancing career I have made most of my money doing dances and not CRs, however, at the club I've been working at lately there are a lot more CRs done. The club is no contact and the dances are $20 on the floor of the club and the CRs are 30 min for $350 and $600 for an hour. I've sold some Champage rooms at this club but not nearly as much as the other girls.
What specifically should I say when trying to sell these rooms, especially when they ask "What are we going to do back there?" Also, at a very upscale club how do long do you ladies generally talk before you try to sell the rooms. Thanks so much for any help!
Re: Selling expensive no contact Champagne Rooms
You need to look at what is included in the price of a champagne room such as:
- Is more contact allowed?
- Is the price of champagne/drinks included?
- Is there any sort of food served?
- Does it take you off the rotation list so you can focus full attention on the customer?
If the answer to any of those is "yes", then those are the points you need to talk up to the customer.
With that said, not all clubs have champagne rooms that are "worth it". In some cases the cost of the champagne room is often more than what a customer would pay for 30 mins of dances, even if its broken up because you are called to stage. Plus, how much do you get off of the champagne room sales versus just selling 30 mins worth of lap dances? If the CRs will lose you money then you need to try negotiating with the customer for blocks of your time & find out how much the DJ will charge you to be taken off the rotation list for the negotiated amount of time. If however the champagne rooms are a good deal then you simply need to talk up all the advantages of them, especially if it means you won't be called to the stage.
Re: Selling expensive no contact Champagne Rooms
Last night I was my first night danceing and I ran into the problem of once I told the customer that we had a no touching rule he didn't want the dance anymore how to further entice them because honestly I was put down because at the club I'm danceing at I didn't see a single girl sell a dance all night and they still made more money than I did.
Re: Selling expensive no contact Champagne Rooms
I usually struggle with these, but I find if I tell them the dance menu in the beginning of the conversation when we're getting along they usually take a VIP or expensive dance within the next 5 to 10 minutes. It usually goes like this:
me: So did one of our PRs bring you in here?
him: Yeah the guy with the leaflets outside
me: Did he explain to you what we do in the way of dances here?
him: He said €30 a dance...
me: That would be the basic dance, yeah. Do you mind if I tell you what else we do, just so you know?
him: Sure, go ahead
me: Well the €30 is a basic dance, its one song in the private room. For €60 though you can have 10 minutes so you have much more time to enjoy yourself, or if you really wanna splash out/treat yourself we have VIP rooms. They're awesome. It's so much more private and intimate in there. Of course it starts at €150 but its a really sexy dance and there's mirrors everywhere so you can see me from every angle ;)
I think it works because starting from the cheapest dance and working my way up he knows I'm not trying to rip him off by immediately going for VIP, and by comparision it sounds like the best choice. Sometimes they'll just go for the middle and pay €60 but it usually gets at least that.
Re: Selling expensive no contact Champagne Rooms
Kylea, The only yes is that we get taken off the rotation. We get $500 of the $600 if its cash minus a 20% tip out. Or $375 after the 25% processing fee if its credit card. Most of the customers pay with credit card so we get funny money so its about $300 per hour that were actually leaving with.

Re: Selling expensive no contact Champagne Rooms
Now I've been out of stripping for 8 years, and my previous club was no contact (which was how I liked it). What always worked for me, is I'd say to the guy, "now, I think I already know the answer to this, but I want to hear it from you. Are you a guy who prefers quality or quantity? ALL of them say quality. So then I'd say, that's what I thought. So you can get quantity out here, lots of women doing boring $20 dances, or you can quality in the CR. It's up to you." I said with confidence and looking directly in their eyes. I always got CR when I did that. Try it!
Re: Selling expensive no contact Champagne Rooms
I'm pretty sure I work at this club. The champagne rooms are higher contact. Use it as a selling point. floor dances are no contact at all but you can definitely lap dance in the CR. It's not fail proof, you have to talk it up first (blah blah blah we can get more private you have all my attention) but usually telling them that will clinch the sale if they're on the fence.
