My Period...HELP
I am 25 years old. and not sexually active. Ive been having issues with my period for the past 6 months. The first time I discovered i was having problems with my period was when i had my regular cycle but shortly after two weeks, I was having random blood off and off. I went to the clinic and tested my thyroid and came back "fine"
Recenlty I just had my period come but that was two months ago!!
Small background about me......i started my period at 16/17 ....really late. I had to go to the doctor to find out what was wrong. I was very active in sports and didn't have much body fat.....but now im 25 and still having hormonal issues....
.......Like I said, im not sexually active, and i dont see what could be the reason why i am suffering with these problems. I looked up HYPOTHYROID and my T3 may be low.....
I have depression, MAJOR and also puffy, eye bags, slight hair falling out....
I'm TOO YOUNG to be dealing with things like this....
Im sure its not stress...but maybe?
I heard about Cytomel and other meds....
i need to see a doctor asap
This is not normal.....

Re: My Period...HELP
I hadnt had a period in about 5 monthes and I went to the doctor and they took a blood test to see what my hormones were like and when I went back for a review they said my hormone levels were normal so there was nothing wrong and sometimes your periods just mess up and my only options were to wait for them to sort themselves out naturally or go on the pill but I hate the pill so I just waited. Just go to the doctors for a blood test its all you can do really, try not to worry I think stress doesnt help atall
