The day after Christmas was lame
I went to two different clubs on the day after Christmas (I am a member and frequent visitor of both clubs, each which usually have some pretty girls).
At one club, there were - I think - three girls dancing and another seemed to be content with drinking with some guys until she finally went on stage. None grabbed my eye. None were giving dances. If I had to guess, I would say that the dancers realized that most of the 20 or so guys were drunk and believed that they were there for drinking and the view. One girl was the most conscious of the situation. She said, "Oh, there are more girls coming." After a couple hours later, there were still no more girls. So I took off.
The other club seemed to be even slower getting started. I didn't stay here as long because, again, the number of dancers was light, but some of the non-dancer staff seem so bitchy.
Anybody else (customers, dancers) have an experience of a lame shift around the holiday? Or the opposite?
Re: The day after Christmas was lame
given the choice between spending the night with my family or something vs going to work to make maybe 100$ (december was abnormally slow this year), i think most girls would choose staying home.
poor you.
Re: The day after Christmas was lame
It was the day after Christmans AND a Sunday. Now either one is normally bad by itself, but combine them and it was a virtual guarantee that most clubs, or at least those in places that are not big vacation spots, were going to be dead.
There is actually nothing I like more than to be the only guy in the club with money in his pocket. Girls that are working on dead nights during holiday periods and certain other times of year are often doing so because they need to pick up whatever they can. At the very least, you could probably have spent a lot of time with one girl for the cost of handful of lapdances and a few drinks.
I'll take a semi-dead night anytime, and Sunday-Tuesday nights have been my favorite times to visit clubs for many years.
Re: The day after Christmas was lame
The three or four days leading up to Christmas were good in all the clubs I visited. In fact, I visited a fav at her club for breakfast at 9am on Christmas eve day and it was jam packed in there by the time I left. She texted later and told me it was the best week she had experienced in there in quite a while! I was going to venture out on the 26th but none of my favs were working anywhere and, based on bad past experiences I didn't think it was worth the drive to any of my favorite clubs. The holiday/Sunday double whammy!
