Working and hustling with others--help please?
I would like to know how people hustle with another dancer or a bartender-friend.
Of the places where I work, there are maybe 2 or 3 dancers who are not complete idiots. These are also the dancers who I would considerer my friends and who I would work with, knowing that they would help me back. (One sells my kid's fundraiser candy to the Hispanic customers for me!) Other than that, the bartenders are way smarter than the dancers.
I used to have my bartenders serve me Diet Coke when I ordered rum and coke and keep the difference in cost. That helps them, but it does not help me much!
Are there any other ideas?

I'd usually rather hustle alone, and the only time I really hustle with other dancers is if we're chatting together and a customer comes up to is, then we try and get him to do a double with us. I've seen girls go around in packs of two and sit with a lone customer, and I think it just comes off as a little intimidating to have two girls trying to hustle one guy. Besides, I'd rather they spend all that money on me, rather than having to give half their cash to another chick.

My experience is it doesn't work out very well. You still have to pay the house, and you're splitting the money with the girl. Financially it makes more sense to work alone...I've only done a double dance a few times, and I was thankful for the money because it was half the work LOL but I could've made more if I'd spent the same amount of time on the guy by myself. I made $50 off one guy (minus house fees) for 3 songs with me and another girl. It was half the work but 3 songs by myself would've earned me $75 (minus house fees). She ended up getting more dances from him later on that night so she ended up getting the better deal.

I've had some good experiences hustling with other girls, but at the end of the day I make more money alone. I'm one of the calmer, more sensual girls, andthe girls that hustle together are more the party type. It just doesn't work for me.
I'm always happy to help other girls, we invite each other to drink with our clients and I'll always recommend my friends to guys "You like brunettes? You should meet Jade, she's a phenomenal dancer, let me find her for you!" but thats usually it.

Just yesterday I saw two friends who were hustling together all night. At the end of the night they almost got into a fist fight over some "he wanted ME in VIP not YOU" situation.

Another reason I prefer to work alone. I've had a VIP with one of my friends and at the end of the time the guy decided to keep me for longer but not her. She was cool about it but I found it awkward.
Not as awkward as one of the girls last year, who in her first few weeks of dancing, sold a 3 hour VIP with a guy. I was speaking to her in the DR as she was freshening up first, and she said she'd see if he'd allow me to join them for the first 20minutes. I went upstairs with her, introduced myself and immediately he told the waitress he ddn't want the new girl, he wanted me instead. He paid for her for the 3 hours anyway and she was free to go make more money elsewhere, but I felt awful about it. I wouldn't have let him switch us if he hadn't paid her. I'm so glad she saw that she was actually getting a good deal to be paid for nothing, but its insulting all the same :-\

The most important thing to remember is to pick someone with a similar contact level to their dances as you.
There's nothing more awkward than being stuck in an hour+ VIP with someone you didn't realize is a whore. LOL

Haha I had a VIP last night with a girl I never danced with before, and when it came to putting on a lesbian show for the guy she faked it (making sure he couldn't see and then pretending to kiss me or suck my nipples) which really surprised me, as when I dance with my friends we go all out kissing and licking champagne from each other's lower back.
Afterwards we went for a cigarette together and worked out we both would have been comfortable with more. We probably should have discussed that before doing the VIP! But the guy was happy!

Depends on how big the kill is....if its a small one you're better off alone. But if its a big one pack mentality helps.
Re: Working and hustling with others--help please?
I'm always down for a double dance, although I'm usually the modest one by comparison. Frequently I'll get brought in for a dance or two with someone else's customer then sent away. It's a good chance to see how other women operate. I never turn down a learning opportunity.
My favorite tactic is to sell the guy on buying a dance for another girl. Lots of men who don't want dances will buy a girl a dance so they can watch. Even strippers need a good lapdance every now and then.

i really only work with other girls when they do the buy one dance get on free where im at its 30 a song so for 60 they can have 2 girls for 2 songs since i dont make as much i dont want to work as much so i try to do it with two girls lol
