*pokes head in*
I'm a sub, I regularly find myself in the hands of a beautiful Domme. I *am* actually quite interested in doing domme training. I've been doing shows for subs on AW, without any experience. I just take what my lovely Domina does to me and put it in cam form.
I'm going to watch this thread, for sure.
Re: BDSM Mistress training?
I would love to be a sub but am unsure on how to get involved. :)
Re: BDSM Mistress training?
Oh god I will be back for this I swear. In the mean time do a forum search guys as I've posted TONS on fetish stuff and different learning sites.

Re: BDSM Mistress training?
I trained under a male friend of mine as a submissive just to learn the basics. The rest is just up to your imagination, doing some reading (book & online) and practice. You don't have to be the stereotypical Domme. I"m more sensual but demanding when necessary.
Here is an interesting site I found about ruining his orgasm with video demos... http://taylorsteases.com/roguide/abandoned.html
I had one guy ask for it last night, right when he was about to cum, I made him thwack his cock on the table.
Re: BDSM Mistress training?
anyone else have some insight for me?
i been searching http://salonkittys.com/sessions/interesting/
some good stories on there.
like say the 10 hours youre there waiting for a client, do you get paid or do you run the risk of going home with nothing?
Re: BDSM Mistress training?
I'm a Pro Domme. I transitioned from doing only online sessions to offering 'real time' in person sessions this year. I already had experience with BDSM play. But you obviously encounter completely different situations when you are having sessions in person. And you have more toys to play with! So training is essential IMO.
Hopefully your training will go over the difference between harm and hurt and how to avoid harming your clients in sessions. BDSM play will hurt sometimes, depending on what is requested. But you shouldn't permanently harm your clients physically or emotionally.
They should go over what the power exchange is and talk about consensual BDSM play.
There are so many different tools and toys to play with and training will go over this. But ultimately you have to practice that yourself. Your best tools are your brain and experience.
If you are starting out you will have to rent Dungeon space. Your mentor should tell you what to look for in a good Dungeon. You should be safe, your client should be safe, and the equipment should be clean and sterilized.
Hopefully your mentor will share some tricks of the trade about working with different kinds of clients, organizing your session to keep your clients coming back as regulars, and screening.
I ask for a 50% deposit up front and they must give 48 hours warning if they need to cancel or reschedule. That way my time is never wasted with no shows and cancellations.
