After 3 weeks at Goldfingers (first club ever), I started at MG as GF doesn't have many shifts for me until March. I worked last night, and I was more nervous than on my first night of dancing ever!
There are model-hot girls at GF, but also a lot of different types, so I felt good about my 'brand' of sexy. (Curvy brunette with a bob.) But the handful of centrefold-esque girls at GF became 90% of the girls at MG. Waah! I felt like every customer I approached was thinking, 'You're cute, but why would I go with you when I could go with her or her or her or her?' So intimidating.
Also, it's so dark in there that anyone not blonde or with a white bikini seriously blends into the background. I thought that as a customer when I first went in. There was a blonde wearing black on the main stage, but I had to squint to see her.
I was also sick and had new shoes to break in, so I wasn't at the top of my game. It was a mess! Hopefully when I'm feeling better next weeek I'll do better and get by on my usually high levels of confidence.
Anyone worked at MG/the centrefold model factory and can give me club-specific tips?
