Yes, yes another boob question...
My right nipple is a tad bit off center. Meaning it kinda points to the right instead of straight on. Also one of my boobs is a teensy bit bigger than the other one. How magnified is this going to be after augmentation?? Is there anything my plastic surgeon can do to solve either of these problems?
Re: Yes, yes another boob question...
If you go to a good doc, he will try to correct it, but unless the difference is HUGE in size enough to warrant differently sized implants, one will always be slightly bigger. He'll be able to do more with your off-center nipple simply by placing the implant a little differently on your off-nipple-boob.
The good news is, guys won't notice if your boobs aren't perfectly symmetrical... they'll be WAY too busy drooling over your big boobies to realize that one might be a little off. Almost all women's boobs are naturally slightly different from the other, so you're not alone in this.
Re: Yes, yes another boob question...
I don't have a boob job, but I have been planning it for years and look at a lot of before and after pictures. If its barely noticable you won't notice with a boob job, if it is noticable you have too sit down with the surgen and explain what you want fixed.
Re: Yes, yes another boob question...
Almost all girls are slightly bigger on the left breast. My surgeon pointed this out, and said it is because the heart is under the chest wall and it makes that side stick out just a bit further.
As for the nipple off center, it will probably be the same after surgery. Same off centerness, just on a bigger boob. Unless you want to pay more for the doc to adjust the nipple. I seriously doubt any reputable doc would put the implant in asymmetrically to match the nipple. I think this would look really warped, because then your boobs will be crooked under your shirt, your bra would have to sit crooked etc etc.
As for the size difference, if you get saline the doc can pump a few more cc's of saline on one side to even out the difference. If you get silicone, the size cannot be adjusted, so unless you want to buy 2 pairs, or the doc sells mismatched pairs, there will be a size difference in your final result.
Re: Yes, yes another boob question...
I would def bring this up with the doc... I had the same two issues and I didnt mention it and now I have one obviously bigger boob and the nipple thing is more noticeable cause they are bigger. It doesnt bother me too much because I think in general its me who notices it cause Im constantly examining them and if I really look at other girls boobies - real and fake pretty much all have one boob bigger and one nipple slightly higher or more out to the side. But that being said... I will prob ask for 2 different sized implants in 10 years when I get my next set. Any asymmetry you have now will just be made bigger and thus more noticeable.

Thanks everyone :)
I had my consultation on Wed. and I brought everything up with my PS. He is going to do 400cc's in one and 410cc's in the other to even them out. I told him that I'm a dancer and these will be on display. And if they turn out fabulously there are 2 girls that have his number already and will be calling him. Sooo now is the hardest part.....waiting..
