i took a break from the whole strip club scene for about a year. in hawaii you have to be 21 to dance and with liquor commission running wild, i just felt i'd sit it out. now 21 is coming up soon (may) and i really want to be ready. i've been trying to get some practice in here and there but it seems like i get tired so fast. i need to tone up a few areas, but my legs they are just like yikes... its been way to long. how do i get my grove back? stamina is a R E A L problem... should i goto a lower heel? but i feel the most comfortable in 5 or 6 in
