Hi all! I'm a minor (20 years old!) dancing at a 21+ club in Oregon. All customers have to be 21 or over, since we serve alcohol. Minors can dance here, but we're only allowed in the dressing room, the VIP, and right by the DJ booth (in daycare, as I call it). I'm usually the only minor (or one of two) during the shifts that I work, so all the other girls are old enough to sit with the guys at the bar, or at the various tables around the club.
My question basically is - how do you hustle when you can't hustle? My club kinda frowns upon really upfront hustling from the tip rail, but if I can't do that - I feel like I have to rely entirely on guys asking me for dances... which isn't making my money awful, but it isn't making it great either.
My club is also a pretty slow club -and we have a lot of girls that love to camp (just sit with a customer for hours, not even asking for dances) which makes it more frustrating. Any tips/tricks? Thanks for your help in advance!
