Small club, tight customers, bad money! :(
I suppose it's just that the last few nights have been quiet with mainly youngish customers who don't have much money, but I'm so frustrated with the stingy types in the club! It's so much work to get them to do even just one dance (which is only £10!!) but they'll happily buy drink after drink that cost a fiver each! Usually they'll buy me a drink without a thought if I ask, but nooo an extra 5 for a sexy lady all over them is just too far. Did you forget where you are?? I'm not getting paid to sit here talking with you all night! (tips don't really happen). We pretty much have to talk for ages when it's quiet as there's no one else to go to.
I've stated during these quiet nights that we don't make money by magic, men have to PAY us to do our job. Sometimes it worked. I guess I have to make them interested, as they'd just use it as a normal bar and not bother with the girls/:O Any tips how to talk sexy to get them interested in dances?
I've not really got a way with words on this stuff tbh ::)

I think the guys have been trained to not tip or do dances. They're getting free company. If he doesn't want a dance after a few minutes of talking then leave.

^x2. You talking with them for ages when it's quiet conditions them to thinking they don't need to pay you for your time since they can get your company for free for so long on the floor. Come up with a standard 'free' chat time for yourself (I do 2-3 songs) before you ask them for a dance. If they say no, politely excuse yourself and leave.
I understand the reasoning behind wanting to sit around for longer when it's quiet since there's no one else to go to, and it could make them feel obligated to spend more on you, but the sad truth is that it doesn't and just encourages cheap guys to come in and not pay for dances. Not to mention, you're totally hogging the customer from another girl he might actually be interested in spending on.
You say you don't really have a way with words with this sort of thing, so I would recommend perusing Hustle Hut for some tips on how to improve your hustle skills. Your looks can only get you so far, but talking is a bit part of getting customers to buy dances.

Loving this. I've just seen some of the top earners spending a lot of time having a laugh with guys before getting dances, so I tried it instead of my original strategy (everything on HH). I guess my main aim is becoming a super flirt to get them interested in the first place! It is a great place to work, it's just really hard on quiet nights!

You can be demanding with younger guys. Waltz up, take their hand and tell them you want to be naked on their lap. NOW!

Just thought i'd update this rather negative rant I had a while ago! It must have been a string of bad nights. In case anyone is put off reading it, don't be! I just had my best night so far, well happy with what I made and it was all from a few relatively big spenders. So good customers do exist! It just varies night to night how keen they already are on arriving. Ah if only any place was still open for pizza, great night.
