AW bank transfer £15 less than it should be?
I recieved payment from AW today having never once had a problem with them before. My bank doesn't charge, and usually the ammount stated on my credit transfer page is the exact amount i get in my bank. However, this time I am £15 short :O There is nothing (helpful) in the help pages about this, and other than an address to write to, there are no contact details. Any idea how i get this sorted?

Or:
Your bank have charged you a commission for converting a Euro payment back in to your account's currency of GBP.
Your bank have charged you a fee for receiving a payment via the IBAN payment network. (Banks are meant to provide ths service for free.)
Your bank have used an exchange rate to convert the amount from Euros to GBP that is different to the original exchange rate we used to convert the credits amount to it's equivalent in Euros.
Do you get the payment slips in the post?
Re: AW bank transfer £15 less than it should be?
No I don't Jenny, how can i get them?
I read all that but it doesn't apply s there are no charges from my bank and the amount stated on the credit transferred statement on AW is meant to be EXACTLY what you get, and always has been so far. Still dont know why this is? :(
Re: AW bank transfer £15 less than it should be?
Not sure. I get mine each time I get paid in the post. The bank sends it out. I would probably call the bank and ask what currency the money arrived in and was there a charge. They may have changed something recently. Contacting aw would most likely result in an automated message to the page I linked.

I am with Nationwide. No charges before?
Re: AW bank transfer £15 less than it should be?
Has the payment type changed? If you check your bank statement are you getting a "CHAPS" payment now or does everything look the same as before?
Re: AW bank transfer £15 less than it should be?
I am short £2 this week *angry* Just checked my bank statement and sure enough it now says CHAPS (was Swift until 2 weeks ago). WTF??
Re: AW bank transfer £15 less than it should be?
Just looked again and the original issue I posted about isn't as above, it says SWIFT next to it. I don;;t understand :(
Re: AW bank transfer £15 less than it should be?
swift code from your bank. That is for international transfers
Re: AW bank transfer £15 less than it should be?
The bank will give you your Swift code.
Re: AW bank transfer £15 less than it should be?
Since i started on AW I have been paid into my bank via swift at exactly the rate stated on my credit page. They have my IBAN and all details so it is not that. All I know is that for 2 weeks now I have received less than i should have. The first week, it still showed up on my bank statement as SWIFT, but was down £15, the 2nd week it showed as CHAPS and was down £2.

Try sending a support ticket
Re: AW bank transfer £15 less than it should be?
After a certain limit chaps is used and it costs you to accept it.
Re: AW bank transfer £15 less than it should be?
Thanks Jenny. But what is the limit? My last two payments were less than normal so i don't get it :/
Re: AW bank transfer £15 less than it should be?
not exactly sure sorry. I notice my change when I hit the £1000 mark but as it was a large payment I never questioned the extra fee's. I think only AW and their processor will be able to give you a better response.
Re: AW bank transfer £15 less than it should be?
I know but I can't contact AW and bank not open till tuesdaaaayyyyy, wahhhhh :(
Re: AW bank transfer £15 less than it should be?
Got any letters in the post yet from your bank regarding the deposit? Mine gives details of where the charge was and what it was for.
Re: AW bank transfer £15 less than it should be?
No nothing. And nothing on my statement or online banking indicates that there was a charge
Re: AW bank transfer £15 less than it should be?
Doesnt seem like they will ever arrive, if sent even. When the bank opens I would maybe give them a call and ask about the payment. You can say it was from affiliate sales online if they ask.
Then ask was there a charge for the recent Euro deposit into the account, eg conversion charge or acceptance charge. And if you why+ what was difference from the others.
