Lose Weight Fast 4 Summer! =]
During the day: Water ALL Day!
Breakfast: 1 Quick Trim IsoBurn AM pill, 1 Acai dietary supplement, 1 womans multivitamin with energy ( I like Alive!), 2boiled eggs (wrap 1 egg in small tortilla if you like), hot green tea w/ 1 tsp of honey. -or- coffee w/ Equal, no cream.
Lunch: 30min-1hr of excersice- walk, bicycle, clean house, swim, anything. 1/2 apple with peanut butter. water.
Dinner: 1cup of warm water with soup bullion. (hot water makes you feel fuller, ice water burns calories to warm to bodys temp) 1/2 cup of brown rice with 1can of tuna w/lemon pepper or baked chicken cutlet or turkey or any small portion of lean fish
Before Bed: 3 Phillips cramp-free laxatives, Quick Trim Isoburn PM cleanse & burn. Tall Glass of Ice water.
Limit carbs little to none ( only whole grains, ie. 1/2 cupbrown rice, 1slice of whole wheat bread ). There are some Free foods to eat as much as you want, like carrots, celery, apple, romain, spinach. drink water constantly, green tea hot or iced, remember the vitamins they make up for lacking nutrients. in 2 weeks you will drop 10-20lbs. It worked for me! By day 2 i lost 4 lbs, day 14- 145lbs-110lbs! =]

This does seem very scary, wtf!
First of all it seems like there's definitely not enough caloric intake... and if you have less than your body needs to run on, then your body will go into starvation mode and you won't lose any weight. Which is defeating your whole purpose, it would seem. And even if you are losing weight, you're probably using a lot of muscle mass instead of fat.
Also taking laxatives is counterproductive. They're supposed to be used if you're constipated, not to lose weight. By that time you go to use the bathroom most of the nutrients from what you've eaten have already been absorbed. So you're just getting rid of the waste faster.
It's much better in the long term for you if you just make healthier choices. Becoming thin/fit is more about a lifestyle change, not some drastic diet that you won't be able to stick to. Some examples would be to eat egg whites for breakfast instead of a bowl of fruit loops and have a fruit with it or some oatmeal. Make sure you're eating enough especially if you're exercising heavily. I try to do 3 meals per day with 1 snack.
And being thin isn't everything. I'd much rather be HEALTHY AND FIT than thin. But generally if you're healthy and fit, you're thin too.

This is not healthy at all - I know that doesn't seem to be your goal, but there are much better ways to "get thin."

Way to start someone off on an eating disorder. With crash dieting, you will lose weight... but you'll also be miserable, hungry, tired all the time, and putting your health at risk. Taking a multi vitamin does not and cannot replace food. Not to mention the fact that you WILL gain it all back as soon as you go back to your regular eating habits.
Wouldn't you rather feel good and look good ALL the time?
Diets and their effects are temporary.
Losing weight and looking good requires a LIFESTYLE CHANGE.
"1/2 apple with peanut butter" this is all sugar lol.
Limit carbs to little to none?? Your body needs carbs, your BRAIN needs carbs to function properly. CARBS DO NOT MAKE YOU FAT. EXCESSIVE CALORIES DO.
And no, no one will envy you if you stick to a diet like this. Unless you want to be a malnutritioned ethiopian with a purtuding gut. This thread should be deleted!

this is what works for me. an apple with peanutbutter are both carbs and will sustain you all day. laxatives help food move along the small intestine quicker so the calories do not absorb. and when your body goes into starvation mode it begins to feed off of the fat reserves. why eat when u have extra fat your body should be eating? to each thier own, and this is what works for me. it is a lifestyle. you make your own choices, this is what i choose.

your body might be eating its fat reserves, but unless you are also eating enough calories then it is eating its muscle reserves.
also i dont want to get on any high horses or whatever, but this is not a pro ana forum. i think most posts on this forum about eating disorders are girls trying to recover from them. if you are anorexic that is your personal business and there are plenty of pro ana spots on the internet where it makes sense to advise this type of stuff, but IMO, this forum isnt one of them.
also your theory on laxatives is flat out wrong. many many studies have shown that laxative abuse does not actually decrease calorie absorbtion... it dehydrates you and makes you lose water and it might make you percieve yourself to be less full if the food is not sitting in your stomach. laxative abuse is flat out dangerous.... and it is not even accomplishing what you want it to. you seriously should not be advocating this or doing it.

athena- im just speaking about me personally, what works for me. 5'4" 110lbs, i will never, Never look like that picture, I went from 145 size 9 to 110 size 2 in 2 weeks. this is what works for me. im sharing my knowledge with others, to each thier own. Ive been a dancer for 10 years been on this site since 06, i Know this isnt a pro ana site, im just speaking about Myself & sharing my expierience and knowledge. to each thier own. everyone is thier own person free to make thier own choices. im just offering another option.

Or....you can rev up the exercise, increase the calories, and not freak out the body.
When I worked out with a trainer, it was always a struggle not to catabolize muscle when losing weight and fat. The method you recommend will certainly get rid of some water weight and a bit of excess fat storage. But that truly hard to get rid of fat reserve will still stay, because your body is freaking out in starvation mode. So, you'll be miserable and skinny fat, no strength and no energy. The anorexic tendancies will stay strong because your body will still hold reserves in those tough spots, like lower belly and inner thigh. Your weight loss will become dispraportional and you will never be happy.
How about something more like this. Do it for 2 months, then adjust accordingly.
30 minute walk/jog in the morning and one in the afternoon
Tonalin CLA + B vitamins + green tea + calcium
45 minutes weight train 3 times a week. 2-3 sets of 10-15 reps. alternate upper front, upper back, and legs. Core strengthening every time. Run a lap or jump rope between sets to keep the heart rate up.
Eat about 1300-1400 calories per day. 4-6 small meals, depending on what you can do.
Even with this plan, I had trouble not losing muscle mass. Protein shake after the workout might help.
Point is, this plan got me to lost 10% body fat in 2 months or so. I was skinny fat before from working 80 hours a week and partying w alcohol and blow 3x a week. Doing a plan like this, i never felt hungry and it was fun to find things to do for that 30 minute fat burn: hike, walk, jog, swim, bike, yoga, etc...
I'm not expert these days, but it took me a long time to gain weight back after following this lifestyle for years.

Having been a slender dancer and a more average weight civilian non-dancer now, your life will not change so much. Maybe you'll have to work a bit harder having a personality than an idealised body...but at some point you'll retire from stripping and all of that weight will come back because you've fucked your metabolism. I know from experience. Not from an ED, but from drug use that basically averaged out to the same type of food intake/exercise you are recommending now.
Good luck being 30 something and getting rid of the weight this way. IT won't happen.

alright so you lost 35 lbs in 2 weeks...
first off since you are abusing laxatives, it is probably safe to say that at least 10 of those pounds are water weight. you are probably super dehydrated right now. and you are taking caffeine as well which also dehydrates you (i am assuming your diet pills have caffeine... i havent looked those diet pills up specifically but most diet pills have caffeine in them).
starving yourself will make you lose weight, no shit it works. if you body doesnt get sustinence it will consume itself. however, it is also eating muscle and your metabolism is slowwwwwwing the fuck down. at some point you are going to lose all of your energy-- even diet pills wont be able to make you feel perky. and if you dont keep starving yourself you are going to put fat on quickly because you are not going to have a lot of muscle to burn calories.
seriously, diets like this fuck your metabolism up. if you keep this up for too long it is going to be next to impossible to return to a healthy lifestyle.

Although this wasn't posted in body business, it is certainly a bb thread. TiffanyRae, SW doesn't tolerate the promotion of eating disorders.
And my 2 cents...the posts countering TR's low calorie diet plan, claiming that such extreme calorie restriction will result in your body going into "starvation mode" and therefore will not lose any weight are not true. Yes, your body will start metabolizing food slower in efforts to conserve energy but you will still lose weight. Healthy? No. I did a "diet" like this a few years ago when I was taking too much amphetamine and I lost a ton of weight in a short amount of time. However, I also started to become extremely paranoid, too paranoid to sleep with the lights off, running between classes because I couldn't handle crowds...I also started hallucinating figures in the street when I was driving and spiders everywhere...my hair started falling out so I cut it all off...so for anyone considering taking stimulants along with extreme caloric restriction, you will lose weight, sure, but at a price.

I am recovering from both bulimia and anorexia, and I have to say, when i was anorexic, this is exactly the kind of shit I used to do, and the type of stuff I used to say and read on pro-ana forums. All I have to say is thank god that I got help, because if I hadn't, I would probably try your plan, and have to say the temptation is still there. I still hear, and probably always will hear, the little ED voice in my head saying, it'd only be for a little while, go ahead and try it.
But now, mostly I just feel sad when I hear and read stuff like this. :(

Me too hun, me too. Every night I didn't sleep because of night terrors directly linked to abusing substances that affect your adrenal glands: diet pills,caffeine, etc.
Once you do stop those things, everything slows down to a halt and you get fat. If you keep abusing adrenal killers, you will likely go crazy. Treat your body well.
As a stripper of a decade, 5 pounds won't matter. 30 pounds will matter but you'll do a much better job losing that 30 pounds properly versus destroying your body. If I only knew then....

the body only metabolizes 1200calories a day - therefore in order to lose weight, you must consume less and burn more than your body metabolizes. im 29.

where are you getting these numbers? seriously, you need to start reading some stuff written by people who actually have some basic knowledge of biology.
how much your body metabolizes is based on a lot of factors... how much you work out, how much you weigh, and a bunch of other stuff. general rule of thumb is if you do NOTHING all day, you metabolize 10 calories per pound... i.e. at 110 lbs 1100 calories. however, you ahve to factor in the fact that you are moving around. if you do a 300 calorie work out, then your body uses 300 calories of energy to complete that work out and therefore metabolizes that.
i dont know where you are getting 1200 calories from though. what the fuck are you reading?

i never once said lax help burn calories, not once. they Do help clean your colon, reduce belly bloat and make you regular. and my number 1 tip is to drink water constantly, that way no dehydration.
like i said.. this is what works for me. if you dont like it, then move on. this website is meant for us to give tips, tricks, advice, and this is what i choose. dont badger me athena- no wonder you've been reviewed twice :/
