i have lost 20 pound in one month before lol but that was because i was on a water fast i tried it because of the book skinny bitch its really good actually and it works i didnt even gain the weight back which was awesome but im gonna have to really try this :) tanks you for the post im also 5feet by the way im really short so 90 pounds is good for my height lol

I used to do crazier things than this when I had eating issues.
The saddest part was I never really stayed skinny when I limited my calories to the extreme.
I started eating more calories ~1500, and running and lifting weights, and I was actually smaller than when I felt like I was starving myself. More importantly, I was happier.

ive reviewed every post i made, and i Never said maximum. your body metabolizes 1200calories a day if you are completely inactive. therefore you should consume less than 1200 if you want to lose weight. my mom and pe teacher do not tell me so either, they have no idea about my calorie restriction. i never said this is healthy or normal, i said this works & fast. and i do believe i deserve an apology for your negative tone and attitude you have towards me.

You're not taking exercise into consideration. If you restrict food and remain inactive, the body goes into famine mode. If you work out more and eat more food, you will lose fat and gain muscle in a more sustainable fashion.
The diet you recommend could be ok for like 3 days. Much more than that is just plain bad for you.
