First shift tomorrow night
Hi ladies...
I'm so glad I found this site! It's been incredibly helpful.
I auditioned this evening, and got hired (yay!)...so tomorrow I'm going in for my first shift. I'm nervous that I won't make enough to cover tip-outs, parking, and gas home. I know the first night can be rough.
When I was in the club this evening it was nearly empty. I don't know how the girls make any money!
Anywho...that's my rant. Just wanted to introduce myself! :)
Re: First shift tomorrow night
Good luck tomorrow! Just because a club looks empty, doesn't mean money isn't being made - everyone could be hiding out in the back getting dances. Besides, all it takes is one customer to make your night. Be confident, approach everyone, offer dances without 'wanna dance'-ing as much as possible, and you'll be fine!
Re: First shift tomorrow night
Hope u have a good night and make sure to come back and tell us how it went!! ^_^
Re: First shift tomorrow night
good luck girl, i remember my first shift 7 years ago, i shudder when i think about it, i was so shy and it took me a long timew to come out of my shell. i hardly spoke to anyone and didnt know much about the industry, i wish i had heard of stripper web back then. i know its a bit daunting but even if u are nervous as hell just dont show it on the outside. i never approached people cos i didnt know wot to say, i didnt really understand thats how u make money lol, so just see how u go
Re: First shift tomorrow night
congrats on getting hired! on my first night I was so worried about getting on stage I didnt even think about trying to get dances lol till this one girl who was super nice came up when I was sitting at a table watching others on stage and grabed my arm and literally made me get up and go ask a guy for a dance lol just remember to ask everyone. get as much practice in, dont waste time. oh and stretch! lol I wish I had because my legs hurt for a week after and I pulled my hip flexor on stage lol but anyway dont worry about a thing! remember they're there to see you :-)

Thanks for the words of support, ladies!
It went really well...I made way way wayyyy more than I anticipated, and even landed an hour in the champagne room. I know that I can't expect that every night though!
I'm so sore it's not even funny, exhausted, and have to go in tonight...this job is no joke. Feel like I got hit by a truck.
