To dancers: Percentage of dances based on asking vs. getting asked.
How often do you simply just get asked for a dance vs. having to spend time with & ask the customer?
-
Re: To dancers: Percentage of dances based on asking vs. getting asked.
I have asked only maybe 5% of times & those were customers that already spent money on me before (regulars I know) who just like sitting & drinking with me 1st so i ask already knowing they want a dance or room kinda to rush them once I gave them enough time to get into the mood so i can move on to the next before getting bored of them or 2 bz making money with other custies who came in after them--but 95% they ask me before I spend any time on them or said a word beyond collecting stage tips. I never ask a customer who hasn't asked me for my company & who hasn't spent any serious money tipping me 1st.

Re: To dancers: Percentage of dances based on asking vs. getting asked.
Used to be it was 70% me asking, 30% getting asked...
These days it's probably 30% me asking, 70% getting asked. I've got a lot of regulars and they tend to just come grab me when they get in and ask to head off to the back.

Re: To dancers: Percentage of dances based on asking vs. getting asked.
This really depends on where I'm at. In some clubs where the entertainers are very old school I sell tons of dances more than others because I get asked, but I also ask... whereas other dancers wait around to be asked. Other places customers are so used to entertainers throwing themselves at the customer that it's rare for the customer to ask, in which case I do most of the asking.

Re: To dancers: Percentage of dances based on asking vs. getting asked.
Wow, I don't even remember. Here in Texas, guys are used to sitting back and being asked. So, if a stripper wants to make money, she has to be proactive. Even the most beautiful girls had to work the room and hustle. Many times I saw Playboy model quality girls sitting at the bar for hours while I kept getting dances. But I don't know the percentage. Overall - 70% my asking 30% their asking perhaps?
I bounced around clubs often and took long breaks so I didn't establish many regulars over the years.
-
Re: To dancers: Percentage of dances based on asking vs. getting asked.
When I had regulars, I got asked more than asking. But not anymore...No more regulars.
Now, I get asked maybe once or twice a night on a good night. It's rare, but it happens. :) Mostly, I do the asking, like, 90% of the time, I guess.

Re: To dancers: Percentage of dances based on asking vs. getting asked.
I'm still new but almost all of the guys have asked me. It's not that I wasn't GOING to ask them, I was just trying to do the sit and converse thing first. After that, it's just a matter of waiting for a non-country song...

Re: To dancers: Percentage of dances based on asking vs. getting asked.
I was wondering what dancers prefer, I would think being asked maybe, saves them time, maybe i'm biased here but in my experience it seems that the dancers I ask dances from seem to atleast pretend to have more fun during the dance than the opposite where to me it feels more contrived
How do you ladies feel when someone just comes up to you and asks for 10-20 dances right away without even seeing them first?
How does it affect the dances when someone gets a lot ahead of time vs one at a time? Is there any difference in your dances?

Holy fucking shit are you kidding? This is what every stripper wants to hear. Who cares if she has seen you or not, she doesn't care what you look like anyway.
Is this a trick question?
I get these types of customers in my current sales job a few times a month and it totally makes my day.

Hmm I enjoy them asking as it shows they want me & my preference as a dancer is to be chased -- if not then it won't work cuz I don't chase or babysit custies 4 shyt unless they earned it by being longterm big time regulars of mine.
Now as for 20 dances in a row r u freaking crazy-- take a girl into a room 4 that, but 4 me that's 2 much work nonstop to give 10-20 dances. I would be hurting in not so good ways, but yes prepaying them & taking breaks in between would be lovely & I'ld be more then happy if more customers would.
Most my regulars know the deal & with me that is you do the best to make my money making handing it over ez & I'll treat you better then if you try to make me work for every dollar waiting & beg for it. Sorry maybe that works with other dancers, but not the way 2 go ever with a girl like me.

It's not a trick question I just enjoy getting consecutive dances, it leaves more time for sensuality in the dance instead of one after another thinking when it's done or when the song is over, the club I go to has no CR so it's by songs so I just buy in quantities of 10 or more, but I'm wondering if in anyway possible could she enjoy dancing for me better when I get dances this way?
What I meant by seeing me was, just out of the blue some guy asks for 10 dances, how she would feel about that when it pertains to her quality or enjoyment out of the dances.
I mean I might get one dance first as a trial to see how I like her but if I want to continue I will ask for 10+, I really hate counting songs down one by one it just takes me out of the fun

I've done this & it's great. I have danced multiple hours with only a break to take a few sips of water.
I love when customers ask me, especially right when I am coming off stage.
Worst thing though is telling a customer there's about 6 other people waiting for you... & trying to estimate the time for the person to wait when you don't know how long you'll be with other customer. Feel good to be wanted... guilty turning someone to wait or basically "take a number".

I don't like to take breaks in between, that's my entire reason for getting that many dances is for the continuation, she doesn't have to be grinding ferociously, I enjoy slow and sensuous dances, this has never really been a problem, and I do pay beforehand, this club requires it but it's never been a big deal.
I think I'm just looking for the answer that I want which is yes you ladies love customers like me and enjoy giving the dances even more and try harder LOL :P
I would just like to think I'm getting special treatment over someone who is buying them one at a time.. I know.. conceited lol 8)

See that's what I love about getting dances though, going for hours with no breaks I've done it and it is very fun, the dances can be slow and sensuous and from time to time she will speed up or in the middle for a song or two sit on my lap and massage my shoulders but it's continuous and fun and even if fake, a good sense of sensuality
I've also had that happen to me too! Take a number lol, the girl seemed the same way you say you did, I can tell she feels guilty, I've asked them before how much it would take to move to the top of their queue and offered a good amount of dances if they took me first, I felt bad for the guys who got to her before me but it felt nice to steal her away LOL, and she definitely did have a line of guys waiting!
Also that's why I think I prefer dances even though there is no CR, when I've gotten one, the girls almost seem upset that I want them to dance the entire time, that never happens when it's songs in the VIP instead of the CR if the club has one

Prepaying multiple dances upfront is only part of the equation.
I'm sure most dancers wouldn't be too thrilled if the customer had terrible B.O. or stink-breath, or if they were grabby or rude. I'm not saying that you are any of these things, but as important as the money surely is to the dancer, there are other factors that she weighs in that will determine the quality of your dances and whether or not you will get any "special treatment" ::).

do you wait for a song to dance to and then take them to the LD room and start when the song is already going or just start when the song starts?
just wondering because new dancers have done this with me and they didn't seem to notice but it upset me, I normally ask a dancer to start on the next song when we head to get LD's and they never seem to mind but for some reason if a dancer starts when a song has already been playing for atleast 20-30 seconds it upsets me every time, if they suggest we start on the next before I can say it, I definitely appreciate that

Thank you, I do not have B.O and take care of myself. I am a complete gentleman and try my best to make the dancer comfortable so I can enjoy my dances and she can almost 'relax' knowing I won't try to push her limits or grab her when she isn't looking lol, I also prefer to be close to the dancer face to face to add to the sensuality, I like to let them know beforehand I won't be too grabby or try to kiss them, to me it adds to the sensuality when they can get very close and not have to worry about me sticking my tongue in n out like some lizard lol
there's just something about getting very close but not kissing that is just seems so playful and such a tease that it makes the fantasy that much better

Yeah, I understand ya completely on that. Usually, it only takes a few seconds to get from the bar to the LD room, though. Even then, I never stop dancing right when the song ends. I always dance a bit into the next one before I ask him if he wants to keep going. Even after he decides he's done getting dances from me, I still give him a few more moves. Even after THAT, I'm still gonna lightly grind my ass on his dick if he's tying my top on for me. All in all, he's not missing out on anything.

Re: To dancers: Percentage of dances based on asking vs. getting asked.
I would love it if you bought 20 dances in a row upfront. I've done something like 15 before with no breaks and it made my night.
Back to the OP: I probably ask for like 90% of my dances! After reading through everyone else's answers I'm starting to feel like an undesirable! I think the guys at my club just expect to be hustled though, because there are a ton of times where I ask a guy if he wants a dance and he's like "Yeah, I was wondering when you were finally gonna come over!"

Do you ladies ever lose track of song #'s you've done when doing that many?

I prefer being asked... saves time and you can get right to the good stuff!
I LOVE when someone comes up and asks for multiple dances or a large chunk of time.
There is a difference in the dances when I know we're gong to be back there a while... I think I give a better dance that way since you won't see every move in one song and then again when you buy a second song and then again, ect. When you know you're going to be back there a while you can plan accordingly and take your time and give a better longer dance than when you're not really sure if that's the last song or not EVERY SONG. LOL

Sort of. I've been like at the point where I knew it was 25 or 26 but wasn't sure which. Luckily, my custy had been keeping track.

Re: To dancers: Percentage of dances based on asking vs. getting asked.
Yeah, I guess a lot of times a guy will interrupt my hustle to ask for a dance. I guess I counted them all as me asking because I initiated the conversation. Now I feel a bit better haha.
And no, I usually keep pretty good track of how many dances I've done, except that my club does this obnoxious thing with playing half songs between sets. Sometimes customers think that they shouldn't count, even when there have been like four of them. Four half songs = two songs they're trying to get for free! So irritating.
-
Re: To dancers: Percentage of dances based on asking vs. getting asked.
I normally lose track around 5-6 songs.. lol.
Clubs should add digital counters above LD rooms so the number changes after every song so there is no confusion, I think it would help both customers and dancers.
Hmm??
-
Re: To dancers: Percentage of dances based on asking vs. getting asked.
I don't lose count & even if I didn't make a point not to forget anything when it comes to my money I am smart enough to figure out how many songs I danced for by simply asking the dj or looking at the clock dividing it up by 3 & 1/2 mins per dance. No 1 ever gets away with a free dance from me unless she is hott then I don't even care. Infact if money is not upfront I'm jumping off every song till they handover the cash song by song untill it's my regular who would know just to hand over his wallet 1st trusting that I will be fair with what I decide 2 take after we are done.

Re: To dancers: Percentage of dances based on asking vs. getting asked.
I never ask for dances.. unless I'm wasted---Ohhh wow, I get it now:)
