Ever went to town on yourself with tweezers and then realized you went too far?
Someone posted a video here about threading, I watched it, thought to myself, hmmm, I could do that... and I did. :/

I did that once-well, I didn't really do it to myself, but I went to a (supposed) professional who ended up making a massive SLASH through my eyebrow! It was crazy, I actually had strangers staring, ugh. I've found when that happens, Jojoba oil works wonders-if you put some on the area, it encourages hair re-growth pretty quickly (within about 10 days in my experience). I'm sure it's not that bad though, only doing it once generally shouldn't affect regrowth too badly...

Honestly, most of the time it'll grow back unless you've been habitually plucking at that area for a while.
In the mean time... short, light strokes with a freshly sharped eyebrow pen plus a little powder in the same color will correct whatever damage you've done so no one notices. ;D

I second castor oil!
Since I was 12/13 I plucked my eyebrows too much, esp in the front. That they didnt grow back since, now almost 8 years later, I used castor oil for 2 months and noticed them growing, not as they were but more defined and more smaller tinier hairs. Massaging the area also helps the blood flow

This! I've messed my eyebrows up a million times, and powder/pencil fixes everything.
I don't trust myself with tweezers anymore (never tried threading), so I just use eyebrow razors, like the cheap kind you can get at Walmart. They work really well, you just have to go over your eyebrow area once a day before you put on makeup. I actually *like* when my eyebrow hairs grow back quickly, because then I know I'm not going to mess up the shape too much. You'd think it would be easy to ruin your brows with a razor, but the blade is somewhat dull, and you can feel each hair you're removing.

I do not let anyone touch my eyebrows but me. Everytime someone else who's not me mess up with my eyebrows, they look terrible.
I just do them myself!

just use an eyebrow pencil. if you have dark hair, your eyeliner will even work. I've done this a few times and no one would even notice unless they were 3 inches away from your face :]

OMG.. I let a girl who drew on her eyebrows pluck mine in middle school. HUGE mistake!
