What makes you want to start an agency?
I have a friend who runs an agency, and get asked all the time to escort, or find girls to "party with", at the club I dance at. I figure since my friend can run a profitable agency, while being even more clueless that I am, then I can too. Plus, I have a market to tap given the guys I know and come in contact with at work and in general. Not to mention, the research I've done shows there's a few ways to successfully enter the industry.
What makes you think you can handle girls complaining about not getting work?
Right now I know that will be a problem, which is why I'd only be taking on 5-10 girls per city, and wouldn't require exclusivity to start. Just some consistency in the way in which the girls market themselves. Ex. The girls I have can't be VIP on my site, yet turn around and independently market themselves on BP running $50 specials.
As for the girls complaining in general? Well, I wouldn't be the one dealing with them on a day to day basis, so I won't have to drive myself crazy with daily girl drama. I'd just have to make sure whatever issues pop up get handled in a timely fashion, or killed before it can escalate.
What benefits will you be offering to the ladies that you employ?
Besides marketing, I'll only be offering a few things to start. I will be offering quality pictures and useful resources and information for the girls who will be working with me. Which, for the most part, consists of the things I've learned from this site, resources that have been linked to here, and some info to help better the way they present themselves (etiquette, make up, and styling tips). This information would be presented in manual form, and via blog posts on a password protected portion of the site.
As the agency grows, I will ad drivers, contribute to/pay the costs for hotel incalls, and put a lawyer & cpa on retainer for the benefit of the girls, as well as the agency.
EVERYONE says they're marketing to VIP clientale but half of the agencies that say that don't know what VIP is and you find yourself fucking some guy at the Super 8.
Lmao. I've read enough from the ladies here, and the guys on ECCIE, to have some idea of the differences. I also have some experience marketing myself as a VIP FBSM provider which is somewhat similar.
Have you ever worked as an escort before? It seems you haven't since you are asking these questions. I would suggest that one work as an escort before they start an agency.
No, I haven't. And while I do think it would be best to be an escort or former escort running an agency, most agencies are run by men who have no experience in doing any sort of sex work, never mind escorting. What's worse, is a lot of them don't respect the girls or try to look out for them (CT Striptease anyone?). I'm not sure how well they they book calls, screen for girls, or keep them safe, but they've been in business for quite some time so they must be doing something right.
At the same time, just because they're still in business doesn't mean they're doing what they should for the girls working for them, which is why I'm here. I could start my agency without getting any input on this thread and have it work. It may take longer, and the turn over rate of the girls might be higher, but I can make it work.
But making it work isn't all I'm concerned with. I'd like to get some input from those with experience as an escort so I can do my best to cater to the needs of the girls who will be working with me.
How can you book calls for girls, screen for girls, keep them safe.. if you have never been there yourself?
No, I haven't escorted before, but I have done FBSM work and screened my clients. I do know escort screening isn't the same as FBSM screening, but I've done some research on the topic and tested out the methods you've mentioned in your thread on screening.
Exactly why will you have business cards? What will your cards say on them? "Escort service" in big bold letters? You might as well take out an advertisement in the Penthouse magazine like the Emperor's club VIP did. Don't be silly. Stick to online advertising.
The business cards would be for me to give to my club connections, and drivers who go to places like the airport and interact with traveling businessmen on a regular basis.
I intend to put the "name" of my phone person, give her the tittle "Personal Assistant" or "Travel/Personal Concierge" (based on the venue they would be distributed at), our phone number, and maybe a link to our website. The web address listed would be very vanilla sounding, but redirect to our main site.
I am an escort and have booked calls for girls before. I just want to know what makes you think you can handle this workload. Exactly how many people will you have working with you or do you plan on doing this yourself?
It would be me on the marketing and business development side, and my business partner of sorts (more like right hand woman) on the operations side (hiring girls, taking calls, screening, and etc.). I also have someone else on standby who, once the business picks up a bit, would take over phone duty so my business partner can focus more on the business development side.
How do you plan on treating "your" girls? Are you going to be another agency/pimp that only cares about getting the money and not about the girl's well being?
I'm all about creating mutually beneficial relationships. I'd like to create an agency that would be one of the few the ladies here and on other sites would actually recommend working with. So, I plan to treat the girls who work with me well, but within reason.
Ex. The girls will have to make a schedule on a weekly basis. Missing a scheduled day or passing on/walking out on a booking won't be an issue, but there will be a limit. Those who make such behaviors a habit, won't last long.
..please answer and then I can better direct you.
