Any one no any good weight GAIN pills or methods if so share please
Are you trying to gain curves in all the right places, or put on muscle to be more toned? There's a difference, and you don't want to get into an unhealthy eating habit.
My best advice would be to work out (or continue to) but make sure you're consuming enough calories to sustain, and build. Protein supplements can help. Unfortunately you can't "spot gain" I.e. If your goal is tits and ass, it may end up somewhere don't want it to be. Stay active and eat sensibly but a little more of theright things:)
Well meat and potatoes is the old fashion way-
meat for protein/muscle and potatoes for carbs/fat so u get muscle and a little bouncy-ness-
Boost is miraculous to gain weight.
About a year ago I wanted to put on 20+ pounds and everynight about an our before going to bed, I'd smoke and then go crazy with munchies, and it worked wonders.
But if you want to be healthy about it, increase your daily caloric intake about 300 calories every week. So, if you're averaging around 1500 cals right now, do 1800 cals a day for week, then 2100 cals, etc. I gained 1-2 pounds a week doing this, although there was a point where I became hypermetabolic and started losing weight (when I was eating 3500 calories a day w/ no exercise...crazy body).
The formula for weight gain is extremely simple. Eat a caloric surplus, then do heavy resistance training so those calories convert to muscle rather than fat.
For some people, gaining weight is a breeze, but saying this to someone who struggles to gain weight but wants to, is like telling a fat woman who wants to lose weight to stop shoving food in her mouth and go to the gym. Um Hi. Yeah, you explained how to gain weight in two sentences. Does it answer her question? No. And NO it is NOT "simple" to gain weight for some people. And depending on the "caloric surplus" if too many calories are added to the diet too quickly, no amount of resistance training is going to combat fat vs. muscle gain.
"Um hi."
1. I answered her question her question very directly, and it is actually that simple, and much better than directing her to do anything without the OP first stating actual focused goals and posting her existing body composition.
2. I never stated that gaining weight was simple, but rather that the principle of doing so was. I thought it would be salient to do so to someone whose understanding of weight gain included using pills. This is not to invalidate the OP's goals or understanding, but rather to reset the discussion to its fundamentals, which many people have no understanding of.
3. It is extremely hard for anyone to gain a decent amount of lean mass without also gaining a certain amount of fat. That's part of the game. Put the lean mass on, cardio the fat off after.
A great way for you to gain weight is drinking ensure. When I wanted to gain weight, my doctor told me to drink ensure. I was like yeah right, like that's going to work. But it did! Get the ensure plus, it has 360 calories in it. Drink 3 a day with your normal meals and you will see a difference. I gain 20 pounds doing just that. I started out at 105 and went to 125. My weight went to all the right places, but I was already toned. Also you can ask your doctor for some appetite enhancer pills, they work too. I took those years ago and they really work. The only thing I didn't like was that they made me sleepy all the time. As soon as you take it, you get sleep instantly. So maybe you could take it close to bed time.
breakfast, snack, lunch, snack. dinner, snack. Thats how I gained weight.. eat healthy get enough protein and carbs, with snacks a basic fruit/veggie shake with protein powder works. Work out daily with getting the fat into muscle. All I did was push ups, squats, sit ups and used dumbbells when I was gaining weight.. when I couldnt go to the gym
