Yep, screenshot and emailed them back and forth explaining that the member was clearly abusive and asking for things I didn't do. I've been told 4 times that ratings on any show 3 minutes or less can't be removed. This has only been since they made that stupid rule though. I never used to have any problems having them removed. So now I just kick members out that I feel will rate poorly before that 3 minute mark.
Here's what they said in one email:

Then I responded saying that the show was exactly 3 minutes and he clearly asked for something I have listed in my profile that I don't offer, so how is that fair? Also sent a screenshot of the chat and my profile.
This was their second response:
"Our apologies, if the session is three minutes or longer, it will not be deleted.
If the session is two minutes and fifty-nine seconds or less, it can be deleted.
Thanks for your understanding in this matter."
