It has been 2 days since I cannot get my room to load. I can't even log on via Chrome or IE. Only Firefox, but with it, the room just never loads, keeps saying loading and then error message pops up. The support keeps thinking it is my encoder or my internet problem. I had to explain to them so many times that it has nothing to do with my end because encoder cannot be started until the room is loaded AND to collect the url info for encoder ... Also, i have tested on other pc and the problem is same. I am in the United States and my husband is in the Netherlands, so we both have whole separated computers and internet, and he is seeing the same problem as mine. Now, my last attempt of explaining to them was recorded the screen of browsers and me trying to log in, so they can see the problem. ARGH. I wanna work.
