How do I give refunds on AW?
I had a guy make a booking in DirectCam last night under special offers, but by the time his booking had went through I was tucked up in bed with the zZzs.
He's mailed me asking for a refund so he can rebook but I haven't a clue how to give them. Anyone here know how to do it?

I don't think he even gets charged if you didn't confirm the booking. Sounds like he is trying to scam you.

Yep I also thought he was trying to scam me also but I checked my statement and his payment is there.
It's a DirectCam special offer rather than a Webcam booking which I've never done before.. normally I have webcam bookings when they prebook.
It's a bit odd that AW has given me the credits even though I never went on DirectCam with the fella :-\

I don't think that you need to issue a refund. He bought the special offer, next time he comes to your room he won't be charged for the minutes he bought. I don't think these minutes expire. This is just a guess tho.

You probably need to contact customer service. I think missmagnolia is right, but I'm not completely sure. I don't think you have the ability to refund it yourself.

He should be refunded within 24 hours. This has happened to me more then once. If he isn't then, he needs to contact CS. There is nothing you can do about it.

Okay ladies. Thanks for your help. I just panicked and didn't want the guy thinking I was a scammer or anything, heh :)

Yep, best let AW sort it. There has been cases where the performer has issued a refund via Voucher only to find that the AW system will also automatically issue a refund. Client ends up with twice the money.
