cheap/easy disguise ideas?
First off, no I'm not living in fear of being discovered;however, i would like to avoid it as much as possible. I understand the risk comes with the territory, and that is why i have setup strict boundaries for my camming persona. I have also enabled the area block but i have two (future) brother in laws out of town and most of my fiances friends are in Ohio where he used to live.
I'm not trying to look totally fake or like someone completely different. I'm just looking for simple and cheap suggestions to subtly disguise my identity. Below are a few of my own ideas, but some i wont be able to do until i have made some money-do you think custys will notice the change, or will i even make regulars in my first few weeks?
-temporary.tattoos: i have ordered 20 of the same design and hope each will last a week. (I dont have any real tattoos)
-colored contacts: something i will need to order, i may need to go from blue to green to avoid raised eyebrows since i originally wanted to go blue to brown.
-wigs?! Theyre so expensive or cheap and cheap looking, and uncomfortable.
-makeup:there was a previous post somewhere of a youtube video. The girl is obviously a makeup artist, and im a makeup flop! Has anyone tried her techniques?
I welcome all advise and help.
Luv u ladies, xo!

Honestly I'd skip the tattoos and contact lenses. That's going to be a pain in the ass to do every time you want to get on cam.
You'd be surprised what you can do with a wig and makeup. Cut, thin, hairspray and arrange the wig right and it won't look fake. Don't go by what the wig looks like in the mirror. What it looks like on cam will be totally different. Not sure what you mean by expensive, but ForeverYoung wigs are under $50 online.

I already wear contacts, so those wouldnt be too much more work. I do see how the tattoo could be a pain, but i ordered some "waterproof" ones and im going to try one out next week at the lake to see how easy they are to maintain a few days.
I will check out foreveryoung, but im hesitent to order wigs offline, and the quality shops here in town are a bit higher priced. I bought some foam overnight curlers in different sizes and im hopeing they will work in the mean time.
Re: cheap/easy disguise ideas?
Wig for sure - something completely different from your normal hair. Glasses really work as well - you'd be surprised at how much they change your appearance (but seeing as you wear contacts - you might already wear glasses sometimes - so might not be an option?).
With make up try and change the appearance of your eyebrows - i have really short straight ones so i make them slightly longer and more curved with an eyeliner pencil - makes me look completely different.

Yes, ppl usually c me in my glasses, so no go with that idea. =(
Im going to the wig shoppe before the week is over.
Re: cheap/easy disguise ideas?
Temporary tattoos is a good idea. I might try it on.
As for wig, I read it somewhere it makes you feel aweful if you wear it 6-8 hours every day. You might try some hair pieces first. Those clip in bangs might be a good start.
And make up. I strongly recommend using fake eyelashes. You will see a big difference after applying upper and bottom fake eyelashes.

contour & highlight your face into oblivion - watch drag makeup tutorials on youtube. Seriously. Who I am on cam vs who I am in real life are (visually) half cousins. It helps with identity concealment but also to 'get into character'
Drag queen videos, you can never go wrong

Let me tell you girls a secret! The beauty supply stores carry the best wigs for around $20. Look in maybe not the nicest towns for "Beauty Supplies Store". And you will find an amazing array of cheap shiny jewelry, makeup and more. I could not cam without my beauty supply stores! The owners have come to know me and give me good discounts too!

Are you talking about the Asian beauty supply stores? When I was around 13 or 14, my cousin and anytime we got any money, we would go to one and we called it the "Chinese store" even though I realize now that they were probably Korean. But anyway, they always had the best deals around. I remember getting a grocery bag FULL of beauty stuff for under $20.
