Ever since that, I've been dreading getting back on, because I'm afraid I'll get an angry mob of guys in my party chat, complaining about me cancelling (although they never got charged, we all know how these guys can be dumb and think they did) and then other members won't want to do a party chat, for fear that they'll lose money or get a horrible show. I know I'm probably over analyzing this way too much, but I can't help it. Has anyone else gone through a similar experience? Any words of encouragement? Thanks :)
I haven't gone through anything like that. Once I was about a minute into an exclusive in which the customer sent 5 GOLD right when the show started and, when I turned to bend over, I tripped on the cam wire and the cam went flying to the floor. The cam falling disconnected me from the chat system and there went a session that seemed would be quite profitable. I re-connected as fast as I could but the guy hasn't come back into my room since. Maybe he thought I took the minute he paid for and the GOLD and did something on purpose to end the session.
That was more of a frustrating moment for me rather than an embarassing one, but what I have to say to you is that you shouldn't feel this way. The guys who had the show cancelled got their money back and if they heard the baby's cry, they probably figured why you cancelled the show and understand your situation.
No one will probably say anything bad about what happened but, even if someone does, so what? You just either apologize and explain the situation or just block their asses from your room if they are being really offensive.
Tough it out, hun. What happened was not that bad. Good luck.

We all go through some kind of "boo boos" like that. Hey! We are Live performers, even tv people make their mistakes.
Get up and keep going. You will all be fine. I learned not to take these clients' emotions and though so personal, cause if you do, that will stop you from having success and a good mental state.
If one leaves, there are plenty more coming behind. YOU are only human, and they need to respect that.

couple of days ago I had the usual 2 minute guy y'know "hi bb, hru, show X bb"
and I tripped on the keyboard cord (lol I hate changing batteries in wireless keyboards so I have a regular one) and the keyboard fell on the floor I cursed picked it up and the fucker disconnected. I just thought what a retard! ::)
Like if u have a problem with a petty little thing like me dropping a keyboard I don't want to see you anywhere near me especially not in pvt (which would had lasted 2 minutes tops anyways haha), I guess the moral of the story - if they don't like something they can go and F themselves I don't give a f**k 8)
