Princess Jenny - Payoneer Problem
Princess Jenny,
I don't mean to be a pest, but I'm having a lot of problems switching my MFC payments from Alertpay to Payoneer. You PM'd me a link to switch over to Payoneer on July 17th which I did.
Now payments are not showing up in either Alertpay nor Payoneer. Can you please help? This has been very frustrating. I've changed my MFC name once since initially signing up with AW and it seemed to have caused a lot of confusion. I know you're busy and I really appreciate your assistance.

It's a bit annoying that you have to post openly on here, doesn't she have a private email address for these type of things.

I'm sorry, I really hate to post openly. I've PM'd her but no reply. I wish I did have her private email address to email her directly. :-[

Hi SXM- Have you tried posting under one of the AW threads in "Camming Connection"? I know she checks those. :)

Hi SXM- I saw it! I know what it's like to get frustrated over DP. I freaked out a few weeks ago and was a total brat. PJ is really sweet---sometimes she just gets really busy. Try emailing help (filling out a ticket) so that when she gets your message on SW she can reply to your ticket. Deep breaths...it will work out. Promise. :)

It's not. She's just nice enough to respond here but to me it's not really a proper place to contact the service for personal issues.
There is a ticket system available and I'm not sure why some don't use it. I got a detailed reply within hours the last time I had a question. The link is sent to anyone who had signed up and it's explained in the welcome email how to use it.

I have contacted via ticket. However, there's been a lot of confusion because I applied for Payoneer AFTER I changed my screen name and when support answered my request, they only provided me with half of what I needed to do.
I think AW in general is just very different from other cam networks and their website is just not very intuitive and clunky. I know PJ is busy and she's usually pretty good at answering. However, I'm sure with all the emails she receives, it's easy to overlook some.

Just spotted this thread now as its a different section to the one I normally use sorry.
This issue has already been resolved but for anyone who finds this thread you can use the tickets or you can email [email protected]
For the "unprofessional" post above, I have multiple contact points (MSN, mobile number, SMS, email, tickets and PM's via any boards im active on), some find it easier to contact through SW and I would find it rude not to reply to them.

It isn't her only form of contact. She's provided us with her e-mail address also. I had lost her e-mail though (that was my fault), which is why I had posted a message for her on here and via pm the other day. But she responded to my inquiry asap, as she always does. And I think many here will agree that Jenny is very professional, and she's always super friendly and helpful. :)
