AW steals this way. I always add alittle more to my rate because I know they do this. Their exchange rate is always off it's usually a few pence or more less then the current rate and if the current rate is less then they give you less then that. You're not alone on your findings .
Even how they do the deduction of the 5%, It's there to mess you up so they can get more money. They could easily deduct it directly from the money and then pay out the remaining. But they do it in such a weird way that you never can get out all of the money in the acct that's yours.
I read of few threads back on other sites that said that AW was stealing, but I just add a few pence here and there so it somewhat balances out. Not fool proof but hopefully that will help.
Also don't make a fuss with them, since I've seen a few posts about people complaining and getting their accts closed out.
So you're making about 60% not 65%
I also notice that I don't even get many pre booked sessions there at the 70%. Not surprising when they don't get the extra 5-10%.
AW do deduct directly from the money for the jci fee (history page). The remaining balance issue comes from conflicting webcam sessions/jci sessions in most cases as the system is suppose to minus 30%-35% but after a spend (even the facility fee) it doesnt know which creds are 30% or 35% leaving a gap. Complex stuff.
Have you emailed chexx yet? as they are one of the senders in the process, along with the german bank instructed with the payment.
(swift and chaps are the same details, they are different method that use the same data. You cant give aw swift details, you give them account details, someone/something along the line decides which method to use and this is most likely where the problem is)
I have emailed them (AW) via the feedback form that comes up when you press close on a help topic as this is the only way i know of contacting them. No reply so far :( Is Chexx different? And who is the german bank? Ugh this is what i hate about AW!
Cant remember but did you ever get a letter from AW when you get paid? AW's processor is , their bank payments originate from Germany (I have the bank details here somewhere and will get them if you need them). AW dont actually pay you so from their end they send every penny, but maybe one of the other two is adding a charge on?
If you get the letter you may be able to pinpoint whos charging it. I get a letter from mfc/sm and aw every week.
I had the same problem babe. Abbey at the time now Santander they did the same thing took about £6-7 which i thought was down to the exchange rate since I got a pay slip from my bank stating so.
Cos of that now I only deal with cheques no matter how long it takes cos I want all that hard earned cash to myself and no one else to take a cut. But even foreign cheques are a pain cos they take £10 per cheque!
Your bank statement should show you what the exchange rate is. If not contact them and ask them for one.
It explains it all here:

Love adult work but yea they do have a habit of not getting back to you. Happened to me many times.
I just get this email every time they process a payment:
Hello
The Credits Transfer Request Form(s) that you completed on the following dates have now been sent for processing.
(payment amounts)
To minimise the fees incurred, multiple requests for payments to the same bank account will have been grouped together into one payment, regardless of whether the request was from the same AdultWork.com member or not.
You should expect to receive these funds within FIVE business days from today. If you are receiving this email on a Tuesday then you will PROBABLY have your funds on Friday, but should not be surprised if they do not appear until next TUESDAY.
You can view the requests you have made here:

Once I find one of my letters I'll send you the details of the companies in the process for the AW payments. Not sure if it will help much though sorry.
Thanks PJ :)
Finally got a reply from AW today. Still no wiser - they basically are saying it's nothing to do with them. But so does my bank!!! How the hell do i get this cleared up?
Hello
Chaps? CHAPS is short for Clearing House Automated Payment System. This is
a same day transfer of money from one financial institution to another. We
do not provide same day payments through our payments processor and would
be very interested if you could provide any evidence to the contrary that
your bank have given you .Please send it to [email protected] and we
will take that up with our processor.
The swift code you provided in you most recent transfers is ___ and
relates too. (Institution name
______,Branch name ,(ALL U.K. OFFICES).
ESP transfers take place in EUROS and any differences in what you expect
and what you receive will likely be as in all other such cases down to
the exchange rate current at the time and date you performed your transfer
to that then used by your bank at the time and date they received your
transferred funds (which is anything from 14 to 20 days after you
performed your transfer dependent on what day of the week you
transferred).
We nor our payment processor apply any additional charges on the receiving
account when sending funds.

I would maybe send the details of your swift payments and connect them on your transfer page to show no differences, then connect your chaps payments to the ones on the transfer page and show a difference so they can spot for themselves something has changed in the process.
