Whoa girls I dont think you need to lose any weight at all.
But here are some helpful tips... throw out everything thats junk and bad for you.
Stock up on healthy snacks and things that can be easily made (salads, soups, veggies, hummus, pasta salad, fruits, applesauce, yogurt etc) Little things such as these will make you grab one of those things instead of ice cream, candy bars and whatever else..
Seperate your meals in to 3 (breakfast, lunch, dinner) with 3 snack inbetween breakfast to lunch, then between lunch and dinner, and one before bed. Having liquids (water at best) before a meal will make you less hungry. Making shakes will get you a fuller feeling for snack time. Breaking into 3 meals and 3 snacks will put you on a schudule and less hungier throughout the day.
But at best THROW everything out thats bad, think of all the nasty things fast foods have when your temped to get junky food. Ones you get used to doing this and putting yourself into eatting healthier, and less junky food you'll notice you gradually stop going.
Night is very hard for me too. When I get off work I always have baby carrots with me to munch on while driving. I can easily eat the whole bag (1/2 to 1 lb) on the 20 minute drive home. If you begin eating and filling your stomache with carrots it's easier not to go to the nearest drive-thru because you are starving. There have been times when I hated those stupid carrots, but they stopped my night binging and I lost weight. I chose carrots because I have a sweet tooth and carrots have natural sugar in them.
As well as the other tips, I'd say try and make the meals you have during the day more substantial so you are less hungry later. Obviously don't overdo it but breakfast and lunch should be made up of a bigger proportion of your food for that day than later meals. I find if I don't eat enough early on, usually 'cause I'm attempting to be 'good', I am extra hungry at night and spoil it all with a binge.
Planning is key. I know I'll have tuna for lunch and chicken for dinner today, so my hangover munchies won't end in cheese.
And small snacks to keep hunger at bay.
Try the viva mayr diet, it will change the way you eat

well I hear about those 90 cal chip bags but for me I have a container of almonds for my salty craving and carrots for the sweet. a glass of water or milk before food helps and extra chewing of your food makes you feel fuller.
Bento boxes are so adorable. Definitely great in terms of portioning your food and balancing a meal, not to mention they're super easy to travel with!
PS - OP: I'm the exact same way! We can do this as a team girl :D To curb nighttime snacking I'm working to eat larger meals earlier in the day and eat more fiber! Taking a nice hot bath before bed always helps too. Keep us updated, you can do this!
Getting drunk and eating bad food hungover is the worst for me. I find preparation is key and not having any bad food in the house helps.
I'm a sucker for drive thru junk! I have to force myself to drive on the furthest lane away from the entry and drive fast just in case!
Also- have a little treat waiting for you at home sometimes helps, then just think about eating that instead :)
