I'm having a hard time finding a nice secluded spot to cam with a good net connection. Any ideas? Does anyone rent a space? I see one cool lady on MFC that cams from her car lol! She banks!

no, although i did move into a new, bigger apartment by myself mostly so i didn't have to deal with roommates during camming (which was killing my income and making me paranoid) and so that i could have a separate room to cam and do other work (because working the same place i sleep fucks with my head and makes it hard to separate work and life for me).
although - with rent prices being what they are (unless you live somewhere with a very low cost of living) - unless you are BANKING, the best way to go about things if you choose to rent camming space seems to be to rent a cheap room in someone's house or something (if you can let them know what you're using it for). or rent studio space. i'd have to be making hella cash to justify spending more than $300/mo on a separate space for camming...otherwise i might as well just move to a bigger space, you know? to me it's a cost-benefit thing. there are very few benefits that would justify the kind of cost of renting an extra space, as much as i'd like to be able to go somewhere else to work.
I know of some girls that rent motel motel rooms for camming.
I live alone in a large 2bedroom place. I end up using my livingroom most of the time though, because it's just bigger and more comfortable to hang out in. haha
If I didn't live alone and couldn't get the necessary privacy, I'd rent a cheap studio apt and decorate it cute but just for cam, and that would be motivation enough for me to get my ass in gear and make some cash! Not that I have trouble motivating anyway, but if I did, having this extra space would sure do it for me.
Very good answers. I had a friend that rented storage space for his work stuff but I doubt that would work well. A small studio could do it. I'm thinking of just getting a room at a hotel for a few days until I can figure something out. These are great ideas and I wouldn't want to spend over $150 a month for space. But having my own space is VERY tempting. You are right... it would be excellent motivation.
I'd say try to rent a room unless you're super loud on cam. And make sure the room is away from other bedrooms in the house, if possible! It would be cheaper than renting a place all to yourself... I guess it may depend on the area you're in though. Do whatever is the most cost effective so you get the most $$$.
I thought of this some years ago. But it seemed too expensive for what I was making then. Now I live alone so it is no problem. lol or col (crying out loud).
I live in a big city, and when I was in a 'time of transition', I put out an ad on craigslist, saying I need part-time use of a room, what I need it for, and that no creeps need apply.
Sure, I sifted through a few "Hey baby, I have a place, but I need to see your pic first" slimeball ads, but I eventually found a clean, discreet professional, who had been laid off from his job, and was more than happy to read his magazines at the local starbucks for four hours twice a week while I made use of his livingroom.
This approach could work if you have some decent people-reading skills, never use your real name, and take some rudimentary safety precautions.
Happy camming!
extended stay motels work in a pinch. it became harder when my daughter started walking but now Im opening a live studio an looking topen a few more cities so if we can find girls in certain areas we may be able to fund some studio suites. It tales like 10-2 girls to generate the reveue to justofy it though.
I rented my current apartment for the extra bedroom to cam in because I llike to keep most of my space personal. And I have cammed from the car AND from a plane. Non nude SPH and Findom show of course. :)
