-Apple cider vinegar shot w/ turmeric and black pepper, plus a little coconut water to kill the taste of the ACV
-2 cups of black coffee
-Green salad w/ cherry tomatoes, beets, and vinaigrette
-Tofu steaks with mushrooms, bell pepper, onion, garlic, spinach and cherry tomatoes. I cooked with soy sauce and liquid smoke to give it more flavor. There's definitely an art to cooking tofu.

Went to Cracker Barrel this morning with my boss and ate way too much.
Coffee, 2 eggs over medium, half a pork chop, grits, some fried apples, some hash-brown casserole and I helped myself to some of his pancakes. I'm stuffed and I can barely walk, but it was oh so good.

The day was good until the end...then I fucked up. Lol. I had a banana, a chicken ham and cheese sandwich with homemade leek soup, and lots of water.....but then I had 10 chewy chip ahoy cookies. I’m gonna blame that one on hormones, as my period is starting in the next few days so I craved cookies. I have no self control when my period is near.
In the last 2 months I ate only crap, uuhhhh, I kinda had a 50- 50 balance between good food and crap food :))
So, lately I started to eath healthy again and exercise. I didn't give up on a nice cak from sweet shop, but... it's fine, at least I don't eat before sleep.
Soooo I found a great "trick" to eat healthy during work and no need to pickup unhealthy snacks. Crock Pot cream soups! Actually I had the crockpot for 2 years but I haven't thought about this, till one day when I was really hungry and wanted something healthy on- the go and in a store I found some cream soups that could be ate cold as well. I have read the ingredients list (actually saved and took it home and took pics to the other types of soups for variety) and they really had only veggies and seasonings. And I was like... wtf?? I have a slow cooker and not using it for THIS???

I just throw in there veggies (i take care to include beans and lentils), let them in the crockpot and when is done, stir the hand blender in and that's it. I have a nice cream soup that I can eat it cold too. I just put it in a big jar and sip from it, like I am sipping from a shake ;D8)
Today I ate a banana, some grilled chicken and guacamole with toast and... of course, beans and veggies cream soup.
Oh and... a choclate cake slice :))).
