Get some of this and follow directions for what we would call chili. The best thing about it is there is NO SALT ADDED.

I just had a large salad: Romaine lettuce, artichoke hearts, Greek olives, cherry tomatoes, topped w/Feta cheese & anchovies.
Pokey!
We may not have that in IL :(
I just made smores. Omg heaven. I put pieces of Moser Roth mint dark chocolate and gelatin-free marshmallows from Trader Joe's on cinnamon graham crackers and popped them in the microwave for about 20 seconds. I just had an orgasm in my mouth.
Rasta pasta and oxtail mhmm so good. It wasn’t cheat day but it felt so right.
Soups.
When you say "oxtail" is it really? How is it prepared? It sounds like local comfort food. Like in my hometown, menudo is comfort food. It's what people have in the morning after a night of drinking too much. It's kind of gross if you know what it is, but if you don't it's like soup with chucks of meat and hominy. But I love it especially if it's homemade.
chocolate protein shake for breakfast, chicken lemon rice soup for lunch and pecans, 2 bowls of homemade bean soup for dinner, raspberry greek yogurt.
It is beef tail I think. It's good. This used to be my favourite cheat meal. Today I had smoked mackerel salad and toast for dinner.
It’s actually cow tails but back in the day they used actual oxtails. Jamaicans stew it for a long time until it’s soft. A mix of tender meat and squishy fat. I’ve been to some Dominican spots and they fried it but then it’s not as soft and juicy. I had to google menudo it low key looks yummy. I’m the only weirdo that doesn’t hate tripe. Growing up it was eat what gram made or nada lol.
Made baked lemon pepper chicken and sweet potato yum.
Omg I love tripe!!! All organ meat! I even make chicken hearts with onion. There's this barley parsley tripe soup called flaczke that's polish I think, I used to live for it.
Meal #1 - Sandwich: Tofurkey slices, Daiya provolone, and spinach on fresh white toast.
Meal #2 - Chinese noodle soup. It had bokchoy, mint, bean skin, and udon noodles.
Snack: non-dairy chocolate ice cream and blueberries
The leftover soup was also my dinner.
I'm so bad today since I'm staying in a hotel. I've survived on yogurt, cookies, and pizza all day.
I tried some veggie sausages today from Central market they were gross.

Day 5 of Keto Dieting. Hubby and I were fighting over the last raisin in the muesli this morning. After this, I did manage to go score a stevia sugar substitute and some coconut flour and managed to make a vanilla pound cake. Tonight's dinner was maple walnut dijon mix on salmon. I'm counting the days until my first cheat day, but I think its a week or two away.
