I wasn't feeling breakfast or anything sweet this morning so I had a spinach leaf, tomato, and chicken salad. I'm working today so I ordered honey bbq boneless chicken , garlic parmesan wings from Pizza Hut(they're so good!) and I brought another salad with me. This'll be my lunch and dinner.

Last night was actually pretty tame for our get-togethers. We had a pretty good time all things considered. Then again, on our crazy night scale together, her 10 is WAY up there. Last night was about a 4. Some crying, some screaming, some punching, lots of singing (correct lyrics optional), and of course, the aforementioned defenestration of my chicken sandwich.

Do any of y'all count calories and if so about how many calories do you eat a day?
No, counting calories is too much work. Stick with portion size. Find a healthy eating plan. Lean protein, lots and lots of green leafy vegetables, stay away from high carb, high sugar foods. Avoid eating after 7ish and drink lots and lots of water and exercise. Exercise doesn't have to be intense, just brisk walking for 45 minutes to get your heart rate up 4 or 5 times a week. Keep healthy snacks around to take the edge off hunger.
