I woke from a nap at about 8pm. It's so late to eat something, especially something heavy. Oh well, cheese enchiladas with onions it is.
Egg white delight, no meat/cheese, small oj.
Piece of broil salmon, Cali roll sushi, 1 slice of cheese cake.
Just had a slice of pepperoni pizza
omg I just had a grilled tuna sandwich. w/ lemon + red pepper mayo. so simple yet so delicious :cloud9:

2 canned peaches for "breakfast", 1/4 cup peanuts for lunch (a big lunch, for me!).
Strawberries as a snack in the afternoon.
Shepherd's pie for dinner with microwaved veggies, followed by a weird cookie thing for desert along with more strawberries. A small bag of junk food and a small chocolate bar later in the evening.
a chai tea latte from Starbucks, a protein shake, Asian rice crackers, and pizza is on the way soon.

Today I've done good. Warm apples and oatmeal so far .
On the road lately .... not so good ( we are talking cheeseburgers / fries / a bunch of mexican food ).
Oh well ... I'll eat light the next few days and hope for the best.

I made a chocolate Guinness cake with cream cheese icing...but I prob shouldn't eat any as it's meant to be for someone else, LOL
That cake sounds good, I have been eating bad with husband home on leave but plan to get get healthy again. Today are nachos and just had tropical green tea and dark mint chocolate. I had a Starbucks pumpkin spice latte the other day my first coffee in ages and was not impressed I'm so into lose leaf tea with matcha now. A few years ago I drank Starbucks all the time.

Today I had blueberry pancakes, scrambled eggs with cheese, chai tea, spinach and cheese ravioli in pesto sauce, a kiwi, cashews, peach flavored sparkling water, and Halo Top's gingerbread ice cream. It's pms week. That's my excuse lol

I am addicted to gluten free toast with mayo sprinkled with nutritional yeast, basil, and heirloom(must be heirloom) tomatoes.
^ Ha, my excuse every day this week. Blackberry Greek yogurt, veggie soup, chicken strips, french fries with garlic Parmesan cheese, and homemade peanut butter cookies. They were seriously the easiest peanut butter cookies that I've ever made: 1 cup of peanut butter, 1 cup of sugar, 1 egg, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
Had a bad morning craving pancakes.
Lucky charms cereal with almond milk(not healthy, I know but I was craving cereal and it's mini me friendly), chai tea, a chocolate protein shake for lunch, and chili for dinner.
